Amon great customer service

I always order the same Sub but this time it tasted soooo Good 😋

Absolutely poor service from the blonde older lady. I asked if she could take us before the 10 tickets she just received online. We were waiting 15 minutes already. Absolutely terrible service, she was complaining about tips to the prior customer as well. I wonder why

Walked in received instant service and greetings from store manager Reece. Awesome and quick service surprised order was perfect from top to bottom for my meal. Great experience overall plus 24hr store is a plus as well.

Very slow service and unhelpful staff

I get they’re turkey and ham wrap with combo and I always switch my chips to cookies. Vegetables looked great and well managed, along with very fast service due to the lunch traffic. Managed very well, great lunch for healthy eating.

The service here is great I don't understand how people have the audacity to complain about this place. I eat here every night and watch how people disrespect the good subways guys and all they do is smile and wish them a great evening. Y'all need to go cry wolf elsewhere! See y'all tomorrow night!

This guy threatened to shoot me on Sunday may17th at a subway on 1742 south orange ave orlando fl 32806 I came in to use the restroom then ORDER my food be immediately became hostile he starts what are you doing what's going on I say im going to the restroom then buying food I order my food the realized I left my wallet in the car I say can I go get my wallet he says go get your shit I say I dont want the food cause hes being so hostile he responds I wasn't going to serve you anyways leave i he gave a fake name so I left came back and took a picture while in my car he starts yelling he going to shoot me and starts running towards his car I was terrified this level of hostility is not only unprofessional and makes subway look bad its also CRIMINAL PLEASE contact me

Place was clean but the bathroom needs a little clean up. Justin made my sandwich nicely. He was polite, respectful and friendly. Thank you

Me gusta subway pero en esta sucursal el volumen de la música estaba muy alto y solo olía a Yerba. Acababa de salir del hospital y fue una mala experiencia. El personal no quiso bajar el volumen de la música

Horrible customer Service

They employees are extremely disrespectful they do not know how to check for door dash order they have let someone take my food multiple times with out proof learn to do your jobs correctly or find a new not only that but this is the most disgusting store I have ever walked into I would not be surprised if you got sick just from walking in the store do better or get employees that want to work absolutely terrible

Amon was very nice and courteous. The BEST subway i ever experienced.

April was absolutely wonderful. My kids and I have been to many subways around the country but April truly made THIS experience incredible! She shared in my kids joy as they literally jumped with excitement over how delicious these sandwiches were! She was patient as my kids ordered and I cannot say enough good things!

Horrible

Surprisingly busy at 1:30am on Thursday. Nevertheless, the service was great and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Great place to go if you're hungry before the break of dawn. 5 Stars

I had a great experience at Subway, especially because of the service. The staff was friendly, patient, and really paid attention to getting my order just right. They worked quickly without rushing and made sure everything was fresh and neatly prepared. The whole visit felt smooth and welcoming, which made the food taste even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for the service alone.

The three employees at this store are wonderful! Reece helped me find a new sandwich to try and it was delicious!! Quick service and yummy recommendations from the staff. Very clean compared to every other store I’ve been in! This is a great location.

I’m giving this place 1 star only because I can’t give 0. The old lady working today was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was literally shouting at customers and had a terrible attitude, like she didn't even want to be there. This location needs to hire people who actually have a professional work ethic and a better disposition. Avoid this spot if you don't want to get yelled at while ordering a sub.

Terrible service. The elderly woman threw the restroom keys onto the floor at me. I had placed an order online, and she didn't like that; she spent the entire time arguing and treating me poorly, and told me she was going to make me wait because I had ordered online.

Did not get the employee's name but today is April 03 2026 time 9:45am the guy working in that shift has very poor quality customer service, gives attitude to the customers and you can tell he keeps customers away from not coming back to the store, Not good for business attention managers!!!

MR.NEWTON WAS TOTALLY AWESOMENESS!!! HE HAD. A LOT OF ORDERS BUT HE TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME!!!!

Trashy people alert ⚠️ Unprofessional screaming and singing while I was ordering, then when I sat down to eat, I got to watch them smoke outside while the screamed profanities. Also, when did food workers stop wearing hairnets/hats? Every single table was dirty, but by all means, have another cigarette.
