TACO BELL

They're supposed to close at 4 AM; I'm passing by at 2:45 AM, and everything is closed and the lights are off.

Im here fairly often. Idk what it is about the management here but the whole team seems great. Everything is clean and food is hot and fast day or night. Some of the team members will even go out of their way and help the customers figure out their order on the little kiosk. And if things get too complicated they just bring them to the register and bring it up. For a handful of my orders I've been able to ask them to personalize it. And they've always been happy to help me out.

I got lunch at this Taco Bell and was pleasantly surprised by the service and quality. We were greeted when first walking in and the cashier guided us through the menu. She spent time to help us which was really appreciated. Also, the burrito I got was filled with meat and very flavorful. Definitely recommend!!

nobody to acknowledge me people just stand around doing nothing while I stand the pit print. I tried speaking they just ignored me.,, and of course my food was sitting there ready so I just stood there for five minutes, wasting my time no customer appreciation whatsoever

If you are open till 2AM then be open till 2am! Smh!!! 0 starsss

Worse customer service, they can’t get an order right, your name right, they brought the food to a MOBILE ORDER with no drinks and when I went to get the drinks I had to serve them myself with one being wrong because it was a baja blast freeze which they don’t have to personal serve but at that point for there lack of good attitude in customer service I left.

It took forever to get our food when we ordered on the mobile app others got their food before us. Staff including the manager is loud, screaming, playing around, and acting like cursing is awesome instead of paying attention to getting orders done properly. They jipped me on cheese on my five layer burrito. Food was cold and sour cream was only at the bottom of burrito seeping out what a mess. My family and I will not be back to this location!

Very bad service I will not be back here I recommend nobody to come here their service is horrible

Todo salió rápido, caliente y con muy buen sabor. Me encantó la variedad del menú y lo fácil que es pedir justo lo que quieres. El personal fue amable y eficiente, y el lugar estaba limpio

EDIT: 3.17.2026 12:32 PM I should've known from the minute we drove up to place our order that it wasn't going to be a good experience. The employee taking the order sounded off, tired, sleepy, amd not very happy to be there. I placed the order and drove up. No greeting, no acknowledgement of a customer at the window. She told me the total, I handed my card and paid. She handed me the drink, then food and I politely asked for some of "the green sauce". Silly me! Her exact words were "that you have to pay for", I just said "it's OK, thanks". As we drove away I heard her say loudly "HAVE A NICE DAY" as if that would add insult to injury. Even 8 yr old grandson who was in the car with me said "she was rude". This is the same Taco Bell my grandson and I go to every week on Tuesdays after school. I mean, goodness gracious...a pack of green sauce?!?!?! I would've paid for it had her way of saying it would've been different. Someone needs customer skills training ASAP. Her name is Aeisha, by the way. I'm baffled. This location is better than average. Clean location with fast, friendly customer service.

Ended up throwing half our food away cause it had literally no meat in them. I would’ve rather them just tell me hey we don’t have any chicken ready instead of trying to pass it off with no chicken in it. Food tasted weirder than normal. Didn’t bother complaining in person cause I didn’t want my food remade either at this point. This location I do not recommend.

La carne de res en los tacos sabía horrible, tenía un sabor amargo y aceite. La chalupa la carne fría. Primera vez que voy y última. No me gustó la comida. No se sentía fresco y realizado al momento.

Desde hace más de un tiempo estoy visitando este taco Bell y siempre recibo un servicio pésimo echan poco no dan la calidad de servicio correcta ya estoy pensando en no volver más como dije llevo tiempo visitándolo y siempre el servicio y estoy pagando dinero por eso y siempre es poco lo que sirven. Las últimas quesadillas estaban ciega, no tenían pollo
