Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
There is no middle ground in these 25 reviews. Front-of-house cuts both ways here, averaging 3.8 among the reviews that raise it. Wait times follows at 20% of reviews, where ratings average 2.6.
No one in this corpus comments on how much food arrives at all. 16 of 25 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (16 of 25).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (99/100), 1 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was April 20, 2026. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 87% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Just ordered a luxe box and I checked the box for no sour cream in my 5 layer burrito and it came with sour cream. The first bite I took was all sour cream and I almost puked. Ruined my entire appetite.

My daughter and I stopped in here to see what a Taco Bell Cantina was like and we were greeted by Micheal. His customer service is spot on! He greeted us with a smile, wished us Happy Mother's Day, and explained what makes a cantina special. He is great at multitasking as well. He had to go to let someone into the bathroom before starting our drinks, cane back and washed his hands, started one drink, had to run back to unlock the bathroom again, washed his hands, and continued with the drink order. All while smiling and communicating to us. During a slow time he came and swept the lobby and greeted customers that came in. Micheal, we appreciate you and thank you so much for your positive energy. You created a wonderful experience for us.

-
The dining area, was not clean, the floors were nasty. Clean restrooms but they are not public. Good service. Had to pay for parking. 5 Homeless people gathered near front door.
-
Awful experience. Ordered breakfast as the only person in the restaurant. They don’t even start making food for 10-12 minutes, then spend 15 minutes making mobile orders. Then they tell me eggs are not ready yet, but it’s been half an hour?! Took 30 minutes to receive 1 Crunchwrap. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

this place is the worse, ordered food to go online and a political event was taken place at 9pm on a Monday night so i couldn’t get my order and never got refunded…a few days later i go back to give this location another shot and order my food online and got the Luxe Box…i only GOT A TACO NO WRAPPING IN THE BOX AND A THING OF CHEESE SAUCE NOTHING ELSS no chips nothing..absolutely absurd. At this rate i am going to start driving when i live walking distance to the downtown location going to drive to another location

Manager was happy to help when my order was wrong. Very respectful and a problem solver.
