Waited almost over an hour for our food. Terrible service.

Small potions. I had three regular tacos, filling was small.

This was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Not only was our order incorrect and needed to be fixed but the employees were saying every cuss word in the book behind the counter. The employees were too busy having full on conversations instead of doing their job while also complaining about said job. Customers were being ignored and mistreated as well. Was just a disgusting place to sit and have a nice meal because of an unpleasant atmosphere due to the employees

im from south of brazil and there we dont have Taco bell. i'll miss it a lot :((

the manager cant even get your cup that goes with your order he will straight up ignore you when you ask for someone to help you after standing around waiting for 10 minutes at the front counter. good luck going inside this establishment because the manager specifically is the only one with the terrible attitude and customer service. ive never been to any taco bell genuinely this bad. the food was right and was fine, literally just the customer service from the MANAGER

If you don't mind waiting 30min plus for your meal ordered from a broken kiosk and no employee at the counter be my guest and wait here as long as you like. We ordered Mcds nearby and ate at taco bell table and waited for our food. We ate our entire meal from mcds and still waiting for our food...

Did a mobile order, no other customers in the building. Every single table was dirty with crumbs. The floor was just as disgusting. And a mobile order for 4 people took 20 minutes to make.

the customer service here is terrible! none of the workers greet any guests. mobile orders aren’t ready even when the app stated ready. the soda machine was broken because the baja blast was out of order. manager here needs to step it up and re-train most of their slow ahh employees. wait time was ridiculous and unprofessional.

They are working on improving this location, new management is apparently trying to get a better name. Its working, the place has been better.

overall this place is pretty average the food wasn't really the best but did have descent flavor. It wasn't the freshest but wasn't terrible. The service and atmosphere was alright.

when i tell you everytime i go to this taco bell, they ALWAYS get the order wrong and it takes forever to receive it. I don’t know why they haven’t fixed anything at this establishment yet.

Food was actually hot when it came out which is not something I’m used to at Taco Bell. Everything was especially crunchy, hot and melty.

This is the only Taco Bell we will go to. It's always hot and always fresh. Worth the wait for the quality. The staff is also on point. Kind and accommodating!

One person working. So slow.

This location is near my apartment so I head in multiple times a month for late night dinner's after being out all day. I've never been here for breakfast but apparently they don't serve breakfast at this location although they open at 9:00 a.m. . Walking in, an employee was mopping the floor looked up at me and looked right back down.. not even acknowledging that I had walked in the door. All the chairs were still in the tables as if they weren't expecting customers to come in. After logging in I discovered that they do not serve breakfast which is kind of weird considering they're open time but that's fine. My last several experiences at this location have taken upwards of 30 minutes to receive my food, oftentimes having to ask where I am in the order queue after people who have come in after me have been served. Like several of the fast food restaurants on the north part of I drive, this location doesn't care about servicing customers or speed.
