UPTADE: Really quite disappointed, the quality of the food is below what I always expect, the air conditioning was not working properly (asked if the technician was already on his way and they told us that it had been like this for days, that can’t happen), I think the clientele is leaving, for a Saturday, there were few people, I think they should improve soon or it will continue in decline. 12:11 el cocinero no habia llegado nos dejaron esperando afuera con el sol y calor que hace , se entiende que puede llegar tarde por xs motivo pero dejar al Cliente afuera sin poder ordenar algun tipo de bebida es patetico .

We recommended this location to friends and made reservations for a table of 9. A table inside was set up and marked as reserved but they were agreeable to lettting us dine outside. The food was amazing but the service left a lot to be desired. Salads came out after the main courses, entrees came out randomly and soaced 10-15 minutes apart . One person was told after everyone else's meal was served, they were out of filet. She ended up waiting another 35 minutes for her alternate meal. As the ones who made the suggestion- very disappointing.

Jose was our server and he did a great job. Very attentive and had great recommendations.

Primera vez en este sitio y el servicio y atención fue miserable. Desde que nos llevaron a la mesa que solo nos dio el menú y se fue. Hasta esperar 1 hora y 15 minutos por 2 cachapas. Los clientes que llegaban después conseguían sus órdenes mucho antes que mi mesa. No entiendo porque hicieron un cliente esperar de esta manera. La cantidad de carne que te daban para la cachapa era mínimo. El servicio fue realmente pobre. Nunca más vuelvo.

I had an outstanding experience at Ternerita Steakhouse. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and full of authentic flavor. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and made for a great dining experience. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and every dish that came to our table was excellent. What truly made the visit special was the exceptional service provided by Alejandro. He was professional, attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. Alejandro went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time.
