TWISTEE TREAT

Went thru the drive thru and waited at the window without a greeting, taking my payment, or a just a moment. Drove away after I sat I sat unacknowledged for 10 minutes. Was excited to try this place, but I don’t think I’ll be back. I came back and this was delicious. Sorry I was impatient

I told the cashier several times that I wanted a mint chocolate and mocha shake when I went to order (since there was no coffee) and only ended up getting a mint shake. The communication was awful and I don’t plan on going back.

Good place to come and get some Ice Cream, kids love to chase the birds and squirrels after they eat their Ice Cream.

I have had bad experiences at the Longwood store, this one is completely excellent in all categories, great workers like Madison and Sabrina!

One of my favorite places to curb my sweet tooth. The staff is always friendly and they are generous with toppings. The soft serve is perfect consistency and creamy

I ordered a large sundae and received what I normally receive when ordering a small. I told the worker at the window that I ordered a large, and he responded that corporate told them to start using small cups but it is somehow the same amount of ice cream as a large would be. 🤥🤔 that's total bs, and very disappointing considering how often I came here

The ice cream is delicious. But its extremely annoying that every single time I order a sundae the hot fudge is all at the top . And they they dont add enough oreo, the amount of oreo in my sundae during this visit was so small it was embarrassing. The first few times I can excuse this happening but this has been happening for YEARS the quality has really gone down.

out of the all twistee treats in orlando, this one takes the cake for the worst one. the employees are rude and have no customer service skills. stingy with toppings, does not reflect images show in drive thru, and over priced. #perish #oneextrapump1.25? #dairyqueen#violasicecream

Madison was super nice and as asked me bout my day

First time at twisty treat brought my family here just passing through the area. We made a pretty large order and they gave my son the wrong topping but they quickly corrected the order no problem. Very clean well maintained and the staff are awesome and friendly. Will definitely visit again next time here
