So much fun! Our server Dave was awesome, and our meals were fun and delicious. It was a bit loud while we were there, with a soccer game on, but we had a great time!

We went to Orlando at the end of May and visited Universal Studios for my son's 16th birthday. We decided to have his birthday dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and I'm so glad we did! From the beginning, the waitress was super attentive and made my son's birthday so special. The whole crew signed a card and even announced his celebration to the entire restaurant. The food and drinks were really good. They didn't have the martini I liked, so the bartender made a special one just for me. I really recommend this place! It was one of the best experiences we've had.

Food was great, strongly recommend the Messi burger. Also important to highlight the service, our waiter,Hugo, was very polite and also patient towards non English speakers, It should also be noted that he speaks Portuguese which is a +1.

Everything was amazing. Food was excellent great atmosphere great place great times! Honestly, did not want to leave last night Our server, JOE!!, Was the most amazing He took care of everything and went above and beyond! He is a huge asset to the hard rock industry and I really hope he is commended for his out of this world service because that guy was just on his game last night as busy as he was we had everything we needed all night long!! I cannot thank Joe enough. I also want to thank the rest of the hard rock staff! For the rest of the amazing service, everything was amazing. I cannot thank you all enough!!!

Had an amazing time!! Trisha was the BEST waitress! So attentive and made sure we had a wonderful dinner. She was hilarious and made us feel so comfortable! Highly recommend coming and requesting Trisha is you want to have an entertaining and fun dinner experience!!

Alanis was awesome!!! She was very attentive throughout our dinner and always made sure we had everything we needed. She was very professional and customer friendly. The restaurant atmosphere was very cool!!

Delicious food and Joe was a great waiter. Made us feel like we were the only people he was looking after. 5 stars all round.

Our experience at the Hard Rock Café was nothing but extraordinary! Our service was amazing, our food tasted perfect, the appetizers were so fun, and the desert was a great finisher! Our server’s name was Kayla R. and she made us feel right at home, she was one of the kindest servers that I’ve ever had! The service was out of this world and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food.

Wow, Teri was awesome! Every time we needed something she was right there. She was friendly, attentive, and had great energy. Thanks Teri for your amazing service!

Atmosphere is great of course, had gone last year and this year the portions seemed smaller. Though it was good for the price portions can be bigger.

We absolutely love Hard Rock Cafe Orlando. The atmosphere is buzzing and service is always great - we were served by Potter tonight and she was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Her manager Mike runs a fantastic team. Kudos to them! Fajitas were so delicious, and I highly recommend the Mango Berry Cooler! See you again soon, guys :)
