Crowded, smells like smoke, not very clean, and out of seemingly everything.

Polaris club. Overcrowded! Ten bathrooms with 20 people waiting.

Club is back opened. But heads up, the elevator is not working as of 6/21/26

SFO Polaris Lounge. Nap room, large open spaces, or almost closed carrels. Nice buffet, of gourmet dishes. Better than average salad bar. Only one dish for vegan, but vegetarian and omnivores will eat better than average.

Passed through on June 18, 2026 and was told the lounge had just reopened the previous day from the water pipe issue. The staff is friendly. And the highlight is the Solato gelato+sorbet machines! Don't leave without making your own!

Nora Corado provided above and beyond service to my family during a very stressful experience. I am very thankful for her kind demeanor and professionalism. This was a memory making trip for my husband and our son, and when things went sideways, she was able to help them in an exceptional manner. I appreciate United having a staff member who treated their customers the way she did.

My platinum premer 800,000 mile status for an International flight has lounge access. Nope, apparently my horrible 32 hours 3 connection flight that cost $3000 United doesn't include lounge access (which was empty) access for another 4 hrs due to policy. You can buy a ticket but app doesn't show United services are unusable. Full price for partial services. Why stay with United? Any airline and will deny me benefits. I now have time to think about Uniteds current plane safety record. Update lounge is now Closed!

Pretty average. Crowded..Seating is uncomfortable. Plastic utensils. Bathroom was nice. Its not much for $60
