Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
There is no middle ground in these 21 reviews. Where front-of-house comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.0, so it reads as a strength. Portion size follows at 24% of reviews, where ratings average 4.8.
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (14 of 21). Behind those, value for money is raised in 24% of reviews (4.6 average). Of the 21 rated reviews, 17 sit at four stars or better and 3 at two or below. Dates on these reviews range from Aug 2025 to Jun 2026.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (94/100), with 1 intermediate and 3 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was March 18, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. On health score it sits safer than 56% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. For specifics, the last inspection cited plumbing installed & maintained and handwash sinks accessible.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Delicious and authentic Vietnamese food. Reminds us of Vietnam. Try it for yourselves!

Tried this restaurant on a whim and now it's our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Food and staff are excellent. You won't be disappointed!!

This is a vietnamese restaurant for vietnamese people. The prices are great, the food is authentic and tasty, and you can taste the love and quality in the food. The cơm tấm đặc biệt came with so much food. I got mine with thịt nướng (grilled meat) which was tender and fatty and charred just the way i like it. I saw another review saying they use regular rice, but my plate had broken rice so I was very happy about that. Also, the tậu hủ ky was amazing - crispy and juicy. A must try. Two pieces of feedback are that i felt the trứng hấp (egg and meat loaf) looked a little dried out and the nước chấm (the sweet and sour sauce) was a little sweet for my taste. Regardless, I enjoyed this plate a lot! I was impressed by the bánh cuốn (steamed rice rolls). The rice rolls were thin and delicate, but the star was the filling which had nice meaty strips of pork and chunks of papaya which I havent seen before. Also the nuốc chấm was the perfect accompaniement, a little spice, a little sweet, but mostly just savoury goodness. Lastly, our server was very attentive and polite.

Authentic family mom and pop restaurant. Small but good.

the young lady say nothing while she did not change enough money for the customer, doesn’t matter how much. 25 cents or 70 cents, We will give you the tip more than that alot if you have a good customer service.

This is the real deal. Authentic Vietnamese masterpieces. The food is exceptional, and very tasty. The menu has many choices from appetizers to desserts. The prices are very fair, specially considering the portions. Service is very good. The staff goes out of their way to make dining an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is true Vietnamese. It is not fancy, but much like you would find in Vietnam. Treat yourself to a wonderful meal and a relaxed evening out, and stop by.

Mình ở Cali dời qua. cuối cùng cũng tìm được một nhà hàng mà món nào cũng đúng vị. Cơm Tấm , Bún đậu , gỏi .... Mọi người nhất định tới thử nha! rất xứng đáng!

This hole in the wall is authentic! You'll mostly see locals here, not tourist. You can taste the tradition and distinct vietnamese flavors! Honestly, this beats some of its higher rated neighbors. We got the rice dish, vermicelli, banh cuon, and bun rieu. Don’t let the size fool you, this place is a must.

If you are in Mills 50 district in Orlando and hunting for legit Vietnamese steamed roll rice, bánh cuốn, give it a try and enjoy it like I do. What set this dish apart is green papaya in the fillings together with other traditional ingredients. The batter is perfect blend of tapioca and rice flour, not chewy, not mushy.

great and authen tic food

This a mom and pop place with excellent food. Everything is made in house. Prices are very reasonable. Food is delicious authentic. Go to spot every time I come to Orlando. The banh cuon, bun cha hanoi, and bun dau mam tom is excellent.

Dishes always good. Consistency is the key. Will be back

I mean… it’s food. Edible, nothing noteworthy. I had the combo rice to hold me over because I was hungry and needed something quick. Had two pieces of shrimp, 2 thing slices of chicken and 3 pieces of beef. So paid mainly for rice. Grateful they had a sauce basket cause the flavors are absent

Very authentic Vietnamese dishes. These are my favorites: Bun Bo Hue, Bun Cha Ha Noi, Banh Cuon Cha Lua, Cha Ca Thang Long. I ordered to go through Uber Eat and they food were very welll packaged.

We were hungry for some authentic Vietnamese food after a long day out. We ran into some locals that told us about this restaurant. So we decided to go. The banh coung was good. The bun thit nuong was also good. The only thing was that I’d found the shrimp could be bigger. Both my daughter and niece found hair in their food. My niece’s pork chop was undercooked. We told them and they took it back to recook it. They also brought out and extra piece for her. Would I recommend this place? I probably say no if you’re not from Orlando area. There are other restaurants in the area. This is probably catered to the locals.
-
One of the better pho places in Orlando. The grilled pork chop was flavorful and tender, the pho was average price but the broth was delicious!
-
Tasty banh mi and absolutely fantastic pho in a casual and cozy setting! The service isn't very fast, but it's worth the wait, especially for the pho! The noodles are just too good! I'll definitely be coming back again sometime.

Best pho I’ve had in Orlando.

So frustrating! Twice I ordered takeout—once it was bún chả without fish sauce, which I let slide. But today I bought bún đậu and they didn’t include shrimp paste. I live 40 minutes away from downtown so I couldn’t go back to get it. At that time I was the only one ordering, so it’s not like the restaurant was busy and made a mistake. They are just too careless. After that I called the restaurant to complain, and they said next time they would give me extra shrimp paste… This is unacceptable.

“Cơm Tấm” dishes were average size. They use whole rice instead of the traditional broken rice. “Bun thịt nướng” dish was gigantic with lots of noodle, vegetables, grilled pork and egg rolls. Each dish was about $15. They make good Vietnamese ice coffee so make sure to try it. Service was excellent. The young lady that served was attentive, refilled our water. This restaurant is very small, about 10 tables. Looks like it’s been in business for awhile visible by old decorations
