Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The inspection record is the stronger half of this page. Service is the sore point: those reviews average 2.0. Pacing is the next most common subject, in 27% of reviews (averaging 1.3).
One subject never comes up here: what it costs. Older reviews score better than newer ones (1.0 recent against 2.4 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (10 reviews).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (100/100), nothing cited at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on February 6, 2026. The trend across inspections is improvement. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in Orange County. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on how much food arrives, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. Everything above is computed from the 15 reviews reproduced below.

Lines have been superlong every day now..had to cancel pick-up order after seeing 10 cars in queue

Horrible. I ordered using the mobile app when I was AT home, drove 12 minutes and still had to wait 20 minutes for ONE BIGGIE BAG. Never again

Ordered a big bacon meal for myself and a biggie bag for my son. I waited extra long because the staff told me they had to cook new meat. I received burger and ate it immediately after I got home I started feeling weird and so I looked at the burger which I should have did at first but I was starving. Look at the burger it has blood inside. Called the mgr she told me I can come get a new one but it’s 15 mins from my house and it was already 1130 pm so I didn’t go I decided to try it again on June 1 at today bc a burger hasn’t been something I have desired since this incident. The lady at the window told me they will honor my request. I felt like I was begging for service when we eat at Wendy’s biweekly. It’s always issues or lack of supplies when we come here. We will not return. I’ll go where my money is appreciated !. .

Super rude and unprofessional staff. Posting this as I’m sitting in the drive thru. only person here and over 20 min wait. attitudes are horrible

The staff members were polite, patient The environment was calm and there were no issues with customer service directly. However, the self-serve drink machine area was very dirty and seemed like it had not been cleaned properly. Most of the drinks were either flat or tasted dirty, almost like the machine itself needed maintenance or cleaning. It honestly affected the overall experience.

The worst experience ever had. Nasty, old food. Terrible customer service. If you hate your job, get a new one. Tell me I’m not getting my money back? Cool, I’ll call corporate and have the transaction canceled. Ignorance all around at this location. Never going back. Ever. Trash. 🗑️

Unfortunately they are charging for sauces now … I love Wendy’s but don’t eat it without sauce, this decision will have me not be returning :/

Whoever the people were that were working this morning, April 3, 2026 at 10:45 AM. Thank you for being so kind serving with a smile being thoughtful and even got a wave on the way out. The restaurant was clean. The food was good but I really appreciate the staff.

Every time i come into this wendys it seems to have fallen farther downhill. incompetent employees that have to be told the same order 5 times in a row because they’re barely listening to what you say, management looking more confused than a 3rd grader attempting college calculus, every order made theres one issue or another, the drink machine in the lobby is always empty of ice and drink selections, the list goes on. today it was a dave's triple, ordered to be plain, with cheese ketchup and extra bacon added on. i was given a fully loaded burger and told “well you ordered it wrong its your fault”. incorrect. on the kiosk it is very clear and easy to remove things you don't want with your meal and i did so. additionally the employees had attitudes when asked to fix their mistakes. they also did not give me my fries which unfortunately i hadn’t noticed until i returned to work. no name tags were being worn so unfortunately i cannot identify those involved by name. i feel this is intentional as this is a frequent issue location among me and my coworkers. so here i am, no fries, a burger thrown together with more attitude than a red headed stepchild, and probably the most depressing meal i've treated myself to all week. should’ve known to start staying away when i felt bummed out that this was the only wendy's close to my job.

Posted open hour at 6:30 waited in drive thru from 6:45 till 7:04 and restaurant still not open wasted my time and I got late to work and I had no breakfast
-
We stopped in for breakfast and an older woman leaned over and suggested we use the automated system because there was no one to help despite there being 4 people in front. She just walked away and started unpacking boxes. After that a nice man named Leon got our order he was friendly and professional and made up for the incredibly rude angry lady at the front.

This location just need to shut down completely it’s always something. And the food is never fresh! No matter how many times I ask it’s always dropped back into the grease and given to me. I didn’t realize until I got home and I’m not going back up there I have 2 small children’s that’s too inconvenient of my time and waste of my gas. I won’t be back. Even if this was the only thing left to eat on earth I’ll rather die.
