Always messed up order, hassle getting rewards used. Late crew always angry or attitudes. Trying to charge me cause i want a honey mustard. Ridiculous man

I waited in a long drive-thru to order a spicy chicken sandwich, taste as if it was sitting in the warmer all day just disgusting and a waste of money.

I wasn’t able to wash my hands or utilize the bathroom because of quote unquote the homeless population 🫪 in Metro West 😳

Worst location ever. Slow, bad customer service, mistakes with food. Dont go here.

I asked for a plain hamburger & got adult cheeseburger with onions, lettuce & tomato. My friends order was also messed up.

This was horrible, bag just being thrown at me, customer service I guess doesn’t exist at night time, I stop going to this place because of the lack of customer service, I’m not sure why I thought something changed.

First of all guy was short with me and the food is stale and hard and horrible nothing i paid for adding lettuce mayo onion is not on the burger this is ridiculous

The place is very dirty. Bathrooms are very dirty out of order. Nobody told me that my food was ready. I found out because I grabbed the bag to see if I had my name on it which it did, and nobody stopped me to ask me if that was my food so pretty much anybody can walk in there and just grab whatever they want and just walk out because nobody's paying attention, the team is just to busy talking. My food was very salty. I go to other Wendy's in the area I don't have this issue.

Food was hot and fresh and the staff was nice.

I normally get here just as they open at 7am. I have always been greeted with a smile. The food is always been hot and fresh. I normally just do the drive-through, but it always looks like there's plenty of parking in the morning hours. I come here at least once a week and will continue as long as I live in the area.
