GO TO ANY OTHER WENDYS. This might just be the worst wendys location i've been to and it'll only get worse from the looks of management not knowing how to do their job. I came inside the store and was greeted by a lovely face, after i got my order taken other people came in to order, i was waiting a while for my order to come out and by the looks of it it was not busy at all so i did not understand the meaning of me having to wait so long, it seemed the person bagging orders was not keeping track of the orders made inside and caused unnecessary traffic. This is not the first time this has happened. just a horrible location.

Came through the drive through for breakfast and the employee left my boyfriends card in the machine. Supposedly it was left in the card reader and ended up being charged for the next person's meal. When we came back to get the card and a refund for the food we did not order, the manager was incredibly rude. We got no apology whatsoever and instead the lady asked "why are you so upset?" Who would not be upset??? She could have taken a picture of the card or even used it for other online purchases. They were also out of almost all the sauce packets, very poor management.

They need to collab with the Popeyes on Briton blvd for never having nothing !!!!!

I’ve been on this line for 25 minutes I can’t reverse because of cars behind me and there’s NO movement. I’m definitely going to be late to work!

I went into the drive through and I got a large chili and then about 30 minutes later I had to rush to the bathroom and there was a code and I was waiting for the employee to be free so I can ask for the code and she said what!?!! Extremely rudely and asked her for the code then she just looked at me and turned around rolling her eyes I had to use to bathroom really bad and I had to run next door to Popeyes to use the bathroom ridiculous!!!

Every single table was dirty and the girls behind the counter could not care less

Not very intelligent or aware staff. Manager that's incapable of taking orders? Never seen that before. Overall I came and wasn't even able to get food even though the restaurant is open and stafg inside. Highly recommend going anywhere else.

Stuff is like sleeping at work. Super slow. The terminal doesn’t work. Nobody is at the cashier as well.

There are no phone chargers and more security in the bathrooms that, by the way, smell bad. The food, as always, is delicious, although the drink gave me another one.

Can’t even use the restroom before you order, like I’d spend a dollar if you can’t treat me with decency

Ordered on the app still waited for my food for 5 mins. Had no choice but to go inside seen my food just sitting to the side …. Drove home to just get the wrong meal. I’m so upset like…. If I didn’t live too far I’d drive back and get my order fixed. I ordered 2 chicken maple biscuits. Why is there 2 sausage biscuits in this bag !!

Do not eat at this wendy's.You pay extra for tomatoes out into your sandwich.They don't give them to you.You order a chocolate frosty and they decide to give you a coke.Instead, service sucks, people rude.They won't answer their phone stay away from wendy's here

Tell me how a restaurant be out of fries and no cup holders and my chocolate chip cookies was hard as Flintstones cookies...Yall gotta do better at this location because when you leave out of the black community and go to another location you don't get these problems like running out of fries...Alright went back again today 03/03/26 and ordered the fish sandwich and let me tell you I was pissed because it was a rock... I wasted 10 bucks and now I'll never go to this location never again I'll rather drive out of Pine Hills to go to another location... They need to fire the manager and the cooks hell look at the reviews how in the hell corporate let this go on...Smh

Not surprised but when the bar was already set so low and you still went lower? Its laughable, honestly. If you like cold burgers and 12 hour old fries, go ahead and enjoy😂

Overall I think this is a pretty decent Wendy's it's just been hit or miss with me with some of my orders. It's never the food quality, they just run out of stock on certain items.
