Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Diners are harder on this place than the health inspector was. The staff is the sore point: those reviews average 1.8. What it costs follows at 21% of reviews, where ratings average 3.0.
More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 7 of 14. What nobody raises here is pacing — it goes unmentioned across all 14 reviews. The corpus runs from Nov 2025 through Jun 2026 — not a single moment in time. 5 of 14 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower.
That matters because 14% of reviews raise cleanliness and rate it 2.5 on average — a complaint the inspection record does not support, since DBPR graded the kitchen an A (90/100). That result dates from March 18, 2026. The trend across inspections is decline. On health score it sits safer than 42% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and plumbing installed & maintained.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on how guests are treated, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

I Love y’all’s chili and recently saw I could get enough for a few days with the family size. I add 3-4 packs of crackers to a normal order and I asked the drive through person to give me as much as she was allowed to give me. She hooked it up. She gave me a ton of crackers. Let her know I used half those crackers on 2 bowls 🤣 much appreciated 🫶🏼

As a diabetic Once “in a blue moon” the chocolate frosty attracts me like a fire to a flying bug,lol One day I’ll muster enough will to drive by, But the smallest one is just enough for me, I still have to pay the price! Thanks for nothing you Wendy! You got us hooked!

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. It is bad enough the drive-thru has an AI bot taking your order, and someone's job. But the worst is the food. For the second time they have given me food which looked sloppily made, missed ingredients, was cold, and tasted like garbage. Look at this Dave's Single with too much mayo, which grossed me out and made the burger messy. It was also cold and had no lettuce! Where's the beef? No, where's the quality? I'll go to Steak N Shake and pay the same price for a smaller but better made burger than eat at this terribly run Wendy's.

Showed up 3 mins before their lobby closed they locked the door as im walking up. I told them I was in an RV and didn't fit through their drive through and got refused service anyways. Employee was rude. Clearly didn't want my business. Will not return.
-
The worker intentionally went and closed the door on us before the lobby was supposed to close. The staff were extremely rude and ignored us when we waved to them. We tried walking up to the window because we are in an rv and it can't fit through the drive through. They told us to we have to be in a car to order.. we are in an rv thats we we needed the lobby. We were not going to eat inside we wanted it to go. The locationis servesgood until 2 AM and it was only 9:55... But oh well I guess they dont want our money. Wendys I hope you check on your staff at this location as it's currently very poor quality.

Today I went to that Wendy’s for lunch. This place is disgusted and dirty. The tables are very sticky, the floors are sticky and dirty, I had to clean my own table and booth in order to sit down and eat. If the lobby look so disgusting, imagine where they stored and prepared food condition. I spoke to the manager on duty about my concern, he just apologized and continue his work. He doesn’t seem like he cares. This place need to be inspected due to lack of cleanliness. I will never return to this location.
