An A inspection result sits behind a review average of just 2.2. When how food arrives comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 2.0. How guests are treated is the next most common subject, in 23% of reviews (averaging 2.3).
A third strand, whether it is worth the money, appears in 15% of them at 2.0 stars. More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 6 of 13. 2 of 13 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (91/100), with 1 high-priority and 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from February 9, 2026. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 46% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and cleaning and maintenance equipment.
If how long an order takes is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

First of all horrible customer service the cashier of the drive thru was very very rude and unprofessional she let me pull forward with no cars behind me and for literally 3 pc of chicken tender and start arguing with me because I come inside the store to ask what was taking too long in mean while people after me got their food , start cursing me as well as the cook lady for just asking for the food , will never return also never recommend this place to anyone thank you .

I placed an order through the app, which I did not open the bag to check if it was complete. When I got home, it was missing French fries. -1st. Do not come to this location, bad service and customer service. - 2nd called back to notify them, they told me I had to go back to the store for a refund or get the fries. It’s not about the $2 but in which right mind I would drive again, to spend gas and my time. The reason I placed an order in the app it for not to wait. People there are rude, and they do not send your complete order. Again, AVOID at all cost this location, or any other location in Orlando, FL.
