WENDY'S #11613

Pésimo servicio. Se tomaron un tiempo inaceptable para realizar mi orden en el dine in. El manager de turno sin gorro, o tan siquiera una redecilla. Teniendo el un cabello largo e interactuando con la comida de los clientes. Es una falta de respeto estos comportamientos. Más aparte, nos faltó un artículo en la orden y los trabajadores le informaron a este manager, y procedió a simplemente mover sus hombros con actitud de no importarle que estábamos ahí esperando por un solo artículo y procedió a entregar cubiertos con muy mala actitud, tirándolos fuera de la bandeja y dejándolos ahí. En cuanto a la comida, nos entregaron bacons quemados y las papas frías. Acciones y actitudes que nos afectan la experiencia de servicio en este establecimiento. Le estaremos llamando a corporación porque en este establecimiento no tienen higiene, ni mucho menos buen servicio al cliente.

I can't believe this location is still in business. Worst wait time. Worst service. Worst food of any fast food place I've been to. It literally got me sick with food poisoning. Shut this location down immediately.

This Wendy’s is ridiculous. It doesn’t open until 7:30 AM. And then when I’ve been there at night after driving for hours and wanted to go in and sit down and eat, the restaurant is closed and you’re expected to go through the drive-through. I would not be surprised if this Wendy’s is closed down soon. Especially with all the other competition around.

Food was fresh 😋 n super yummy!!

Was surprised at how well the ai ordering menu board worked. Better then employees with broken headsets for sure. There were 3 cars in front of me and it took about 15 minutes to get my food. Everything was hot and clearly cooked to order. The cashier also apologized twice about the waitress. Haven't had that happen at fast food in years. Great experience.

Who ever served me 4/21/26 at 10:30pm, served me the most driest, hard, and cold chicken fingers I’ve ever had in my life. Really disrespectful messing up peoples food like that

As is typi al with most fast food restaurants these days, the staff was not the most attentive. Food was good and the place felt clean

Excelente servicio y comida

I just stopped by this place to buy a Parmesan Caesar salad, and when I got home and checked it, the one thing it was practically missing was romaine lettuce. Don't mistreat your customers—failing to provide the product a customer actually wants is a form of mistreatment.

Food was very fresh and tasted great

every time I go to this Wendy's, they always mess up something in my order and then they have the nerve to have an attitude when they messed up my food. I love Wendy's and they make me hate going to Wendy's.

Once again I have 2 little demon spawns that love chicken nuggies and FF; this place has them and it soothes the savage beasts; match made in heaven. Don't get me wrong, fast food is slop, over priced and should only be consumed in extreme circumstances.

Fresh food and great service

First and foremost the young man in the drive thru was wonderful . I dont think expecting the food to be hot and fresh is too much to ask for, which it was not. Badley Done, Wendy's

I went there for breakfast and the food was horrible! My breakfast sandwich was cold and hard. They simply put this in a microwave and made it worse!I will never visit this location again! Horrible food!

The place is discussing, no hygiene. One employee is with her hair ( like a lot of hair) with out covering in the kitchen. The manager touched the trash cans, then proceeded to take his phone and then grabbed the chicken tenders without washing his hands to put them in the fryer. The lobby looks dirty. Where is the people that does inspections in this place ?
