Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The inspection record is the stronger half of this page. Reviews mentioning how guests are treated average 3.0 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it.
1 star is the modal score, given by 6 of the 17 reviewers who rated. 5 of 17 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower. A third strand, wait times, appears in 18% of them at 3.7 stars.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (97/100) with 1 intermediate violations. That inspection was on January 20, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 72% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were food manager certification.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on whether it is worth the money, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Went there the other day with my wife & daughter. First off the girl controlling the drive felt incompetent to take the other like she didn’t understand the order, & got the nerve to have an attitude when we pulled up. The worst customer service experience, and at the end of it all didn’t put my daughter’s chicken nugget & fries in the bag on a 4 for 4 order. Just a terrible place to go. Wouldn't recommend this particular Wendy’s to no one.

They just cannot get the order right. The AI has improved. It’ll have the correct order on the screen but the kitchen will just give you the default item. You can say no onions or no pickle and the screen will have it correct but the kitchen just doesn’t understand.

Cold food, no napkins, no friendly attitude

My drive-thru order was perfect! The cashier was friendly

I've been to this Wendy twice in two weeks and they don't have cupholders. Really!!? I asked for ranch and honey mustard sauces and for an order for 4 people they gave only 2 sauces one of each! No cupholders and greedy with your sauces Wendy, and yet you still charge the same prices.

In all honesty ; its what you'd expect from a Wendy's same Menu,.However, I would suggest that this location take more time when preparing food, examples; chili had almost whole hamburgers patty's in in.. it became a game when we order family size chili to see who has biggest piece... the flavor was off for Wendy's chili. Staff was nice. Menu was a ridiculous AI model that got ordered wrong and had to be corrected at window which made it take longer to fix.. sign of the times!

Service here is very slow and not especially friendly. Chili is disgusting. Cheeseburger my son said was good.

It's fast food. They get it wrong often but its ran by people who don't care, it's fast food.

The girl running the drive through behaves as if she doesn’t want to be there. If that’s the face we have to see, we won’t want to be there, either.
-
Just as we expected, Wendy's done right.

Not warm and over cooked

Great service

Did the drive thru. Received the food pretty quick. Found that you have to ask for the hot sauce for the chili. Just what I wanted. Be back soon.

I ordered at the DT for a late lunch. As I spoke it showed the words “I’d like a Wendy’s single, please, With just cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise, and extra pickle.” I get up to the window and I pay for it. I opened up the bag to check it, and it’s a windy, single with cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, some pickles, but not anything that would qualifies extra, and mustard that was put on the bun and then looks like it was taken off on the top of the bun. The girl comes back to the window and I point out that I got the wrong order, this isn’t what I asked for. She says well I see extra pickles on there. Then she tells me that’s what the tag says. All the tag says is single cheeseburger extra pickle not anything like what I said on the menu board. I said so I can’t get it fixed, she’s like that’s what it said on the board so I just drove off and threw it away. I will not be back to this Wendy’s, ever again. As if the burger wasn’t bad enough, the girls attitude at drive-through was less than satisfactory.

Apparently they are so desperate they now charge .50 cents for sauces? I dont understand how this location cannot get its shit together. I have never been charged extra for sauces and for what its worth I ask for 1 not 10 or some absurd number.

I'm done with Wendy's. The AI ordering system starts by trying to sell you something you don't want, and then interrupts you while you are trying to order to yourself you. It's already ready food, the least they can do is allow us to order from a human. It's not acceptable this way. They also insist that you hand over your unlocked phone when you want to pay with Apple Pay.
