My son wanted some ice cream so we stopped for a frosty, it’s 1233 when I place my order the drive-through they let me order. The frosty never bothered to tell me that the frosty machine is down For cleaning. then after I paid and they informed me, they also told me that their system no longer allow them to do refunds. The manager was trying to give me cookies fries everything but a frosty. Make sure you ask before you order a frosty after 12:30 during the week.

I’ll start by saying the service is horribly bad. Just the few times I’ve been here and will not be back. I would come here for my child since he loves Wendy’s. But I will be taken a longer drive to a different one. 1. I ordered a ten piece for my kid and they tried to charge me for bbq sauce. They didn’t even put any in the bag when I showed her the bag she tossed ONE in there bag with an attitude. 2. I wait in line for like ten minutes in the drive through to tell them I’m here for a pick up order cause I am over dealing with them face to face she said I have to come inside and get it, once I get in they tell me it’s being made right at that moment. 3. EVERYONE IN THERE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE. Horrible . I have no clue what’s going on but this one genuinely is just not worth it.

Asked two separate times and repeated the order. Cashier affirmed that I got all my sauces in the bag. When I arrived home with my order- not a single sauce in the bag, even though I paid extra for them. Very disappointed that I got assured and paid extra. Next time, I will have to sit in the drive through and check everything myself.

Just terrible service, didn’t get a refund after waiting ages for food and a waste of my time saying they were having issues with the system. Never got my money back. Close this location.

I've got to say that this Wendy's has the best staff especially Shy! She is just the most kind and sweetest person who seems to really care about her job. The rest of the staff is just as good.

Come here for lunch on my route for the day , upon ordering I noticed NOBODY that was handling food had gloves on . That’s very gross. Fries were cold and tasted stale . Spicey chicken nuggets also cold . Date was April 28 2026 at 1:22pm so hopefully someone sees this and makes sure this team actually follows health code and makes them wear gloves and also make sure the food is appropriate temperature before serving to customers.

Angelina was great. She provided great customer service and was very attentive. She was quick with my order and all was freshly made. Did not have to wait long on my order. She was very sweet and I was impressed.

I ordered on the mobile app. It showed paid i was told i was at the incorrect location. I was at the correct one and showed my order. The staff was very rude and i never received my change.

Service was so fast I thought I accidentally unlocked a speedrun achievement.

I ordered the fish sandwich for the 1st time and was very disappointed. It had no taste. I should have gone to McDonalds. The fries and root beer float was ok though.

Everytime I went, it was always really good!!

They charged me for a extra pattie I did not order, for a 6 dollar biggie bag, food cold. Recommend count your $ back look at your reciept! Seems that fast food might get that better service and correct order from AI- 😕
