One of the cashier is very unprofessional constantly asking customers are you ok instead asking can I help you she is with the new management she needs proper training🤔 The old manager Jean was very professional but they replaced him the new replacement is ok🤔

My wife and I stopped by for lunch and were immediately shocked when we tried to park in a spot right in front of the store and discovered a young man sitting on the curb, smoking pot, within 10 feet of the store entrance. We parked In a different spot further from the entrance. When we walked through the entrance we could smell that the man mas smoking pot and not just a cigarette. While we stood in line to get our food the same young man walked into the store and walked right past i to the kitchen area while slipping a Wendy's shirt over his existing t-shirt.. I mentioned to the store manager who was working the front register that he had just been smoking pot by the front door and she told me she would talk to him. My wife and I got our food and sat down. When I got a refill of my drink I noticed the man was still in the kitchen but also looked like he was stoned. Walking slowly and awkwardly. I have no knowledge of We dys policies but if I was his manager I would have immediately sent him home if not fire him on the spot for his behavior. Very dissaponted this did not happen. I will not ever return to this Wendys!

They don't get the orders right

I went after my heavy leg session from the gym and wanted a post workout meal. Food is on point and the employees were helpful with my order.

the big lady at around 3:30 pm thurs April 16th was on the phone while I placed the order and so multiple items on my order were wrong (:

Ordered the 2 for 3 egg and cheese biscuit I was the only one there.after waiting 13 minutes they came out and said they couldn't make eggs and offered bacon and cheese as substitute. I said ok and still waited another 4 minutes to get it done not come here if you need to be somewhere.

Worst Wendy’s ever. This placed should be closed. The customer service is HORRIBLE they’re rude they will curse at you get your order wrong look miserable when this is the job THEY CHOSE. They need to fire EVERYONE and get new people to run this.

Medium soda $3.00 was colored water

This is absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. They are extremely rude and they are constantly out of food. I will be contacting corporate. Save your money and go to another fast food establishment.

15 minute wait for fries and nuggets. AI ordering system keeps trying to push unwanted items.

The crew at this location, specifically from last night (3/8), are ROCKSTARS and should be praised as such. Not only were the staff members professional, but they were INCREDIBLY patient and polite; even when dealing with customers behaving in the polar opposite manor. My friend and I were in the dining room for a good hour or so, and some of the treatment and lack of respect we saw towards the staff members was astounding; and yet, the crew remained unphased and powered forward. Steadfast in both their service and care. Both my friend and I spent a lot of time just talking about how well they handled some of the chaos being thrown their way, and I truly believe they need to be recognized and rewarded for just bein plain resilient. A truly PHENOMENAL late night crew!!!

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Ended up with a single burger that was tiny, the fries were stale and not full, and the coke was flat. The price was over $12 which is ridiculous

Food was honestly not good the nuggets tasted soggy and old and the drinks were all watered down. The employees were extremely rude and couldn't get the order right, they gave us attitude when we told them the order was wrong. As someone who eats Wendy's regularly this was not the quality or service we were expecting.

They always forget the salad fixings or the baked potato fixings.
