The drive thru forgot to give me my frosty and also they didn’t have white milk instead of saying anything they just gave me chocolate milk and when I asked for water they didn’t give me a replacement for the milk . Ugh!!!!!! Can’t stand bad customer service!

Bad costumer service, found a hair in food and when complaint they just laugh about it.

The employees are quite fine but whoever is ordering the supplies is terrible I’ve come here many times and I have one order like chocolate chip cookies and the apparently have never had chocolate chip cookies in the past 5 times that I have went in stock

I want to share my recent experience at Wendy's because I was very disappointed with how my situation was handled. I stopped at the drive-thru to pick up dinner for myself and my kids. I ordered three burgers, but when I got home, I discovered that my order was completely wrong. Instead of the burgers I paid for, I received a small chili, two kids' chicken nugget meals, one kids' burger, and two orders of fries. Since I didn't realize the mistake until I got home, I called the restaurant right away. I spoke with a woman named Denise, who said she was the manager. She told me that my son could come by later to get the correct order, so after his gym workout, I sent him to the restaurant and asked him to speak with Denise. When my son arrived, he was told that he needed to bring back the incorrect food before they would replace the order. This was surprising because the food had already been brought into my home, the bag had been opened, and the items had been handled. In my experience, once food has left the restaurant and been taken home, restaurants typically do not ask customers to return it for health and safety reasons. I understand that mistakes happen, and I wasn't upset about the original order mix-up. What disappointed me was how the situation was handled afterward. Asking for food to be returned after it has already been opened and brought into someone's home seems unreasonable and raises questions about food safety practices. Last week when I was dining at this Wendy's I was with my baby. She had a diaper blow out. I ran to open the bathroom door to find out they lock it with a key. Someone had to open the door. The deal breaker was that this Wendy's doesn't have any changing tables. I don't understand why the employee could have not warned me. Im running with a baby as feces falls onto to the floor. I had to change her on the chair of the table. I am pretty sure people around don't want to smell that or see that. It was such a horrible experience and it was a nightmare for me. Please get changing tables.

Great service, kind workers, food quality is fine, and atmosphere is open clean and nice.

One of the best Wendy's . out of 15 wendy's I visited.............. That's. Fresh...look good...on time, take care more cleaning.........I understand there is a lot of pressure , they are very busy.......burgers excellent& fries med., other than that could happen because hard work they do ......thanks.....keep up

They lied and said they open at 6:30 but it’s actually 7 am

I got what I ordered.

Just a rude location now, no wonder wendys is closing locations en masse this year. Suddenly now they charge for sauces, goodluck with that when your already struggling. The lady states is corporate policy yet you call and they say they don't know what your talking about. On top of this the food quality consistency is just horrid at this location as its massively inconsistent.
