They pull you up to save the drive time then make you wait extra 10 mins. Bring out two orders at once so My food came out with the guys food behind. Please keep in mind that most of us are on a lunch timed break.

Waited in front of the registers for about 5 minutes with multiple workers frantically trying to figure out the orders they messed up. The guy waiting for his food was complaining that he was waiting for 15 minutes for his order to be corrected. No one even acknowledged us, or let us know they would be with us shortly, nothing. Walked out and went to Burger King thats almost next door with fast and courteous service. This Wendy's sucks.

I PURCHASED the watermelon lemonade and was disappointed with my purchases so i asked if i can replace it with another drink and he the GUY at the window refuses to replace my drink at the window with a mango lemonade drink although it is the same PRICE as the drank I purchased and offered me a soda instead and a soda is a less price of the drink i payed EXTRA for which i find ridiculous. If i want to exchange my drink for another drink i should be able to. I don’t want a soda. if i wanted a soda i would’ve gotten a soda in the first place. Also, i specially asked for no tomatoes and of course they put tomatoes on my sandwich. It is your job to satisfy your customer and attend to your customers. if i’m paying extra for something, i want it it to be goood and if i don’t like it i want to exchange it for something I KNOW I LIKE. but no the guy at the window refuses to make customers happy and clearly has an attitude problem and is unhappy with his job he needs to go home indefinitely.

Always hot and fresh no matter breakfast or lunch!

It was a triple cheeseburger 🍔 meal I forgot the exact name, but the burger had absolutely no flavor at all; & I was the only customer inside, like you would expect something like that to happen maybe on a busy day, I guess they ran out of salt& pepper &the manager was there, employees just walking around doing nothing, but couldn't get one burger correct

Good people work here. Night management is spectacular. What kind souls!

This by far is the best Wendy's I've been in! Super clean and tidy! Employees are friendly as well!! Food was excellent and came out super fast even at lunch!
