Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. Opinion on speed of service is split — those reviews land at 3.1 on average. How guests are treated is the next most common subject, in 47% of reviews (averaging 2.6).
What nobody raises here is whether it is worth the money — it goes unmentioned across all 15 reviews. 7 of 15 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower. More reviewers landed on 2 stars than any other score — 5 of 15.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from February 3, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. On health score it sits safer than 100% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on plate size, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Very nice counterperson!
-
Automated ordering has never got the orders correct. It need a lot of tinkering. But after a good while of going back and forth a real person rescues the customer.

that weird little girl in the drive thru 6/2/26 at 4:45pm is rude and she put her hands on me, being weird, because i came inside because my whole order was made wrong. waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order. and waited twenty minutes for the original drive thru order to be corrected.

We had to wait for our order, and the food was cold

After spending $20+ on two sandwiches, that were mediocre at best, I went to ask for a sauce and was told it would be .50 cents - I didn’t have cash and they really would not give me the sauce. Crazy

I stopped by a Wendy’s and had a really nice experience. The staff were friendly and got my order out quickly, and the place itself felt clean and comfortable. I liked that the atmosphere was relaxed, making it easy to just sit and enjoy my meal for a bit. Definitely a solid spot to grab a quick bite.

First time I've experienced an AI drive thru order.

Fresh and quick. Love the new chicken sandwich

Young small white lady at the drive thru did not give me another sauce to go with my nuggets. Wanted an extra dollar for it like it was coming out of her paycheck. Very rude for just one.
