Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. Reviews that raise the staff average just 2.3 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate. After that, how long an order takes appears most often — 28% of the corpus, averaging 2.6.
More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 9 of 18. What nobody raises here is serving size — it goes unmentioned across all 18 reviews. 5 of 18 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 10 are two or lower.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (97/100), 3 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That result dates from June 3, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 72% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: wiping cloths and storage & handling of clean equipment and utensils.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Didnt expect to enjoy fast food so much..but..it was really good!
-
Steve the is always nice and friendly

You’re rounding up the bill here in your favor with the cheeky remark, “I don’t have any pennies.” That’s just not right. If anything, we round down in the customer’s favor.

Sehr leckeres Eis gegessen

This Wendy's steals from their customers. When paying cash they round up since they don't have pennies. Ya sure they are just pennies but overtime they add up, 1-4 cents from every customer. Why do these companies not round in the customer's favor? Slowly stealing from their customers is not a good business practice. Also, why do other fast food places have pennies and this one does not?

Travelling to Orlando from Australia. Wendy’s wasn’t bad but wasn’t great: The grilled chicken wrap was decent; the lemon pepper basting was tasty (though unexpected) One of the healthier items. 🌟 The big bacon classic burger was very yum! 🌟 The crispy nuggets (though similar to McDonald’s) were yum! 🌟 Goes well with ketchup or Wendy’s signature sauce - which was the best of the sauces (also similar to McDonald’s). 🌟 The spicy nuggets were very spicy! Goes better with ranch or mayo to calm it down. The fries were average at best. Not hot, salty or fresh. (Very similar to McDonalds). Burger King does the better chips. The crispy chicken sandwich wasn’t great; it didn’t look like the picture and honestly we could’ve gotten better at McDonalds and Burger King. For the price I paid; I suppose I got what I paid for. Uber Eats delivery - our hotel was only 1 mile away; yet all of the food was cold. Needed to be microwaved. Which made it not fresh or crispy.

First time I went through a drive through and had a I take my order. My Dave's double, what's okay? Considering the time of night

Darwin went out of his way to with service today. Greeted me with a smile reviewed my order. Even ran to my car after I left and stopped at a stop light to hand me utensils. Thank you Darwin. You didn't need to do it but I appreciate what you've done.

-
They're charging for sauce at this location. Change managers.
-
No greeting at the window just “move up to the white line”, even though no one else is even there ordering, their obsession with lying about drive through times to hide how slow and bad their service is, is so annoying, no wonder Wendy’s is closing 300 locations
-
