Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
There is a gap here worth naming: reviewers who talk about cleanliness are harder on this place than the inspector was. When the staff comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 1.9.
Of the 16 rated reviews, 4 sit at four stars or better and 11 at two or below. What nobody raises here is whether it is worth the money — it goes unmentioned across all 16 reviews. More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 10 of 16.
That matters because 19% of reviews raise cleanliness and rate it 1.3 on average — a complaint the inspection record does not support, since DBPR graded the kitchen an A (100/100). That result dates from February 9, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in Orange County. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Arrived at the counter around 1pm 6/29/26, I was clearly ignored by the manager and staff for several minutes. Eventually the line staff notified someone to take my order. When the staff member arrived at the counter I asked for the restroom key. He says "the restroom is for customers only" I say " "yes i plan to order food" He says "then do it", and points to the terminal. I reply " my two children need to use the restroom, I will purchase food." He was reluctant but opened the bathroom door for my children. Food was good. I have been in the hospitality business for many years, I have never experienced a staff member strongly denying and questioning a customer so harshly for bathroom usages. General Manager, please reach out to me personally so I can give more details, and give you the ability to coach your team. -Jon

Slowest Wendy's ever and they close the dining room way before the posted time. And it was Friday.
-
The restaurant overall was fine and everything you would expect from a Wendy's. If you show your room key while stay at the hotel across the street, you get a free, very small frosty.
-
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Never gets the order right and serves cold 🍟. 100% They should all be fired and a start over with new employees!!!!!

This place is is nasty

The AI employee is terrible at taking orders. We ordered at the drive-thru. The recommended and advertised Cookie Dough Fusion was out, so we ordered a few items and a large chocolate frosty with large fries and ketchup. Judging by the response, the rest of the order was given to us in addition to the ones listed. After we left the window, we realized it and couldn't go back. In the next round, the AI created a new order because it couldn't understand that items from the last order were missing. Finally, at the window, we received vanilla frostys "because they didn't have the chocolate one." It's a shame no one informed us about this when ordering, otherwise I would have chosen something else. A very unpleasant experience, especially since I didn't even get a straw for the vanilla frosty.

Super understaffed, ai got things wrong when ordering then staff forgot items
-
Drive up would not display a menu. Which made it hard to know what to order.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. My honey chicken biscuit was hard I returned it to be remade they gave me one that was even harder. Not edible. My son French toast sticks were raw inside. Not edible. Really disappointing because I was just telling my son how great breakfast is at Wendy’s and we have a horrible experience and horrible customer service.

Awful service. Drive thru employee refused to give me extra napkins and when I went to go inside to get them they locked their doors and turned the lights off over an hour before any of their posted signs say they close the dining room 0/10 do not eat here

Says their open till 2 went to order and they flat out told me they had no meat. When I asked what they did have they wouldn’t answer me. I’ve gone to this one several times the foods never right, and the people act like they hate life would not recommend
