Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. When the staff comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 2.3. How long an order takes is the next most common subject, in 22% of reviews (averaging 3.0).
More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 9 of 23. The split is 9 positive to 11 negative across 23 rated reviews, with 3 in the middle.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (95/100), with 5 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from March 18, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. That puts it ahead of 61% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: dishwashing facilities and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
If plate size is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Mi experiencia.. buen sabor, el frosty nunca falla, buena opción para escoger.

Stopped by this Wendy's about 10:15 pm and ordered a Medium Chocolate Frosty and the cup was not even filled to the brim..paid $3.40 for 3/4 Frosty. Wendy's needs to do better. Also about a week ago got a hamburger from this same Wendy's and it was cold had to go home and put it in the microwave. I wish I could post a picture of the Frosty...but site will not let me..

Ordered a large Daves double meal, got my fries and drink and the wrong burger. They put a cheeseburger instead of the Dave's double burger.... Check your order before leaving.

Average wendys.. service was better than normal

I'm picking up an order in the drive thru. I ask the cashier, who is a young lady, if I could add a pineapple lemonade to the order as I forgot to mention that while ordering. She tells me with an attitude, "I guess 🤷♀️". I write this review to inform the store managers to properly train your staff good customer service, even for late nights. I didn't say anything after she told me. I thought this review would be more effective as no customer should go through that type of service. This was Monday 12:36am.

Great biggie bag deals! Free senior coffee. A blessing for those on a fixed income
-
The fish sandwich was great! Crispy fish with tartar sauce, pickles and lettuce. I would order again.
-
I don't know about daytime but night time serving is not very good. They are very slow with orders and have no customer service skills.

Food was good and hot.

I love when places I spend my money give me bad customer service because I no longer patronize that establishment. I come here and order a $6 biggie bag $11 chicken sand and some à la carte items. There’s no sauce in my bag. She says oh he put it. No he didn’t. Then she proceeds to tell me I need to pay. Which the AI system ASKED me for my sauce preference. Then the black old man manager grabs a handful of sauces about 6 which she tries to give me ALL SIX. Of something they were complaining I need to pay for. Which I just wanted what was INCLUDED In my meal of course. Of course they didn’t give me a receipt to do a survey. But I was there about 10 minutes ago in drive thru. 3/7/26 2:25 pm. I will go where my dollar is appreciated

I'd have to give them zero stars. Reason being I went to this location it says on the door the dining room opens at 6am weekdays however when I arrived at 6:30 it was very much closed. Is it really this difficult to open as scheduled per you signage?
-
90% of the time this location is spot on. You'd think it would get better with AI drive thru. But no, it got worse. Only cheese now come with ketchup and pickles. This lunch ruined as I hate even residual taste of pickles. The ketchup cannot be removed from the bun. This time...FAIL.

they make you pull up to wait in the parking area for an orange juice. I waited over 5 min and had to leave. I was the only car there. Every time I go here, I regret it. Terrible customer service and the food is meh.

At this point, I can legitimately say Wendy's is the best value for your dollar. My family and I can't really afford fast food, and we're still forced to get it from time to time with scheduling and mental health. We've tried a few different places, and to actually feel full we typically have to spend over $25 to $30 and thats cutting it as bare as we can and we're typically left still wanting more. At Wendy's however, with the biggie bag meals and something for the kids (family of 4 total) we're able to hit right at about the $20 mark and feel full. It's become a reliable way to feed the family in a pinch without completely wrecking our budget lol. They also upgraded their fries in the past few years and the sea salt is a noticeable difference. All that to say, it's the most affordable, largest quantity of food available in the current fast food market place. Anywhere else it's tough to eat for less than $10 a person and feel full. R.I.P. Dave, you a real one.
