The AI server in the drive through is very hard to order with and hardly understands what I am saying. It was truly painful.

I came to this Wendy's for take out. They are were ok with service. Place was clean and easy to find. The parking lot was small and weird shaped.

Very friendly staff I come to this Wendy's a lot because I shop in this area quick and pretty easy to get into! The chili is still my favorite!

So first, I’d like to say, the staff is wonderful, everyone is always so nice to me when I walk in, and the food has greatly improved as Wendy’s gets bigger. One thing I’d like to suggest to this Wendy’s is a landscape change. This particular Wendy’s has many different palm tree species on their property, specifically Mexican Fan Palms and Adonidia Palms. However, many of them are dead. Primarily due to Lethal Bronzing Disease and below freezing temperatures from earlier this year in Orlando. In order to prevent this from happening again, this Wendy’s needs to change its diversity of palms. I recommend investing in Nikau Palms to replace the small dead Adonidia Palms up front, and a Chinese Fan Palm to replace the giant dead Mexican Fan Palm behind the Wendy’s The 8th-12th photos represent what this location could look like. The 1st-7th pictures is what this Wendy’s currently looks like. Thank you, and I hope my advice is taken into account.

Friendly atmosphere, employees are all friendly, management are friendly, love this place, always treated with respect

Waited a very long time in drive thru, got home and it's all cold. Wow, really disappointing!

Went through the drive through and placed my entire order with a computer. Didn't receive straws for our drinks and my wife got just a plain potato so we got salt and butter from McDonald's

Location isn't bad it's just idk Wendy's taste has fallen off over the years . The spicy chicken sandwich is so boring . Better food other places now sadly

I've ordered a junior bacon burger combo with the nuggets and my food was all stale and cold. Wasted my $19. I also got the Cinnabon dessert thing, and it was also stale as hell. Just bread and frosting. Go ahead and get you "Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls" from the supermarket if you really want something better (and you get more). I ended up throwing away all of my food. I went ahead and went to Wawa and got me something 10 times better for a fraction of the price and more food. I can't really rate the customer service because it's powered by AI. That food made me never wanna go back to Wendy's again. The most I would get is a frosty cuz you can't mess that up.

Slowest wendy on earth.

Pulled into the drive-through at 2 AM and they informed me that they were closed and at the times are wrong online. They need to fix it or the people working need to get fired for closing early.

I have now ordered a taco salad from the TWICE. First time I didn’t receive my chili and now the second time I didn’t get my salad

Food was not hot.
