BRONX HOUSE PIZZA

So I was a regular customer primarily ordering delivery or takeout at least once per week since they opened. When they first opened it was very good. It has since gone downhill massively. Not sure if this is a result of a rapid expansion. The product is way too inconsistent coupled with the many mistakes they make. I stopped ordering from there for several months and have recently decided to give them another chance and they just don’t get it right. When the pizza is made right it’s good but they generally don’t follow instructions. They also in my last order for delivery said it would be about 60 to 70 minutes which turned into almost two hours due to them not having an available driver. I guess now even when you order directly through their site they must not have in house drivers any longer but farm it out to a 3rd party delivery service that apparently arent equipped with insulated bags for the pizza boxes so it shows up cold. Officially done with this place. I’m hoping an excellent pizza place opens in this area with consistent product and good service. I understand it’s a tough business and finding good help has become difficult but just way too many issues. I’ll wait to eat pizza when I travel to Orlando sadly.

Great pizza, and this is coming from a New Yorker who takes pizza seriously. The food was fresh, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend Bronx House Pizza to anyone looking for a solid pizza spot in Ormond Beach.

The only authentic pizza in that area….

We were visiting Ormond Beach for the night, and for some reason we were in the mood for some deep dish pizza. We found this place and they had some awesome Detroit deep dish pizza. It comes out in six slices and there humongous and it is definitely enough to feed several people. The wait staff took turns helping at each other's tables and everyone was very friendly. Loved this pizza!!! If you are looking for variety in your alcoholic beverages, this would not be a place you would want to go, we were satisfied however with the beer and wine selections that they did okay have.

Kim is awesome! She is very professional, attentive and welcomes everyone as they come through the door. A big reason my wife and I regularly dine at Ormond Pizzeria is because of the outstanding service Kim and the team provide. Looking for great service and pizza, ask for Kim and enjoy her great smile and personality in serving all of her guests, especially the kids that love her….😎⭐️

Kim the manager always takes care of us and always gets our order correct. Always ask if our order is to our specifications. Very attentive and welcoming.

The female manager is always making fun of people while they're customers. Today she was making fun of someone that was handicapped.

Figured id try it 5/6/26 Wasn’t really impressed for 30$ for a pizza that Bronx yardbird pizza really bland flavor wasn’t worth the $$ I can get the style & flavor pizza @ Lenny’s in ormond for less much more flavor .. overpriced low flavor give it 1 star

I had pizza and meat Stromboli which didn’t have but a small piece of meat in the center of the Stromboli and the rest was cheese! The dough was not cooked fully and the pizza also was burnt! This place has definitely gone downhill!! I called and talked to the staff and they were indifferent!

Excellent service and great food. Price is good for portion size. Now I know why they named the Fat Paulie Hero fat . It is huge easily enough for two people. The crust and bread great and crispy. They have several outdoor dining tables but no sunbrella the day that I was there.

Edited my previous review... this was my favorite restaurant until today. My sandwich hardly had any chicken on it. It literally was mostly bread. Couldn't believe they sent that out

Best pizza i EVER had everytime!! Fresh and seasoned perfectly. The staff is just as amazing The blonde girl in the front is the nicest human I’ve ever met, The entire staff greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed

It was just okay. The service wait was a little longer than it should’ve been but we did get served finally.
