MCDONALD'S #26413

Went to pick up a DoorDash Order from these guys and it took them 20 minutes to even begin working on the order.

SLOW!

Ordered on app. Paid for extra lettuce and mayo x2 to quarterpounder with cheese no mustard add tomatoes. Tiny amount of lettuce no mayo. Mom fish added lettuce got a few pieces. Extra tarter was small smear. Fries laid in side so fell out of both bag all greasy and cold fries to top off no napkins. Mom in rehab down street. Even asked Mgr to make sure made right. CANT EVEN DO THAT RIGHT.

Hands down the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and it’s every single time. I ordered a snack wrap and fries and have to pull up and wait, so far it’s been 5 minutes. Last time I waited over 10 minutes for fries before pulling back up to the window to say something. I try to avoid this place at all cost but sometimes you’re in a rush and need something quick, funny because it takes so long.

25 minute wait for 3 mcgriddles i placed online. Does corporate know about this?

Left 4 senior citizens waiting order. I attempted to use the kiosk, but need an account. Manager looked at me a number of times and failed to acknowledge us. At least apologize for delay and acknowledge our presence

Calm quite area. Service was awesome, fresh fries and burgers, staff was awesome! And helpful and friendly.

Never got the order. Other customers orders incomplete... long waits.... no food.

Must be the slowest McDonald’s in Florida. Just painful every time

Sat in line forever for cold, stale food. Clearly y’all weren’t busy making anything fresh so IDK what could’ve taken 20 minutes. No line either.

This mcdoanlds will make you pull into a parking spot everytime no matter if its slow or busy. Its the only one in the area that does this just so their numbers look better and i wait here longer than any other mcdonalds, just for unsalted fries.

Worst service ever. When we pointed out that the chicken in our order was burnt, the staff member rudely responded, “That’s how it is.” The behavior was dismissive and disrespectful, as if we were asking for free food instead of paying customers. The interaction also felt discriminatory and deeply uncomfortable.

Just ok.

Not like the Mc Donald's I remember.

Nasty nasty if your coming from outside you need to wash your hands not go straight to the fry station stick your hands in the sleeves and fix peoples fries that’s so nasty and so many germs I can’t believe she did that you’ll need to do better with washing hands and using gloves because that’s nasty .then made me wait didn’t see hi hello nothing didn’t say I’ll be with you in a moment nothing very rude the hole crew

Went there on a road trip for quick bite. App wasn't allowing us to order, kept booting me out. Went thru drive thru and reordered. Paid. Got home and my order went thru and they took my money again, even though I never checked in and got my food thru app. PayPal said I had to call store. I called store and lady was rude. Told me to call number on the app. I tried customer service and told to call the store. Nothing. Still did not make it right. No one takes responsibility. It's only 16.16$ but it's the principal. MAKE IT RIGHT!!

I always hope for consistency when I go to my MacDonald's. I don't want surprises. I am not expecting Gordon Ramsey stile creative genius out of body experience from my quarter pounder with cheese. I think it is safe to say this place is that. The atmosphere and the drive through ladies and boys are no different. They don't need to smile but they do. As long as they did not pick up my patty from the floor I think I will be alright.
