PANERA BREAD STORE 2792

I have been getting my morning sandwich fora while, today I went as usual, I ordered a stake breakfast sandwich, well the person that was making the sandwich, was the most miserable person I have ever seen, plus the sandwich was not made correctly, I drove away and had to come back to get it right, but when I got back she never looked at me and the sandwich was cold when she handed it to me . I will never go back and I will tell everyone not to go to that place ,

Customer Service is excellent!

Ordered 2 sandwiches and both had barley anything on them, it was mainly a bread sandwich, this isn’t the first time either, gave them chance after chance, I would much rather drive the extra 10-15 minutes to go to the other one

I've been in twice and both times there was no one out front to take orders. This morning there were plenty of people on but the one up front was cleaning, and; didn't acknowledge any of the 4 customers in line. Has there been a management change? I thought customers always come 1st. It so far doesn't seem like it at this location.

This place has got to be the worst ever! For the last 5 years we would visit and use the Drive thru. EVERY TIME they forget one or two items of my order. I’m talking EVERY TIME! I’ve spoke to management several times about this issue but it has not gotten better. I feel the food is OK but expensive but the service is terrible! I’m writing here just to see if we are the only folks this is happening too.

The staff is unresponsive. They're not trained properly.

Sherrlyn was a very helpful cashier! Then when we finished eating , the manager ( maybe Bella) came by our table to see if our amazing Asiago stack sandwiches were good and to take our used dishes! She was very kind and spent several minutes talking with us! Love Panera!

I have the Sip Club very nice value. The urinal splashes water all over your legs and feet when you flush.

Food is ok. Today an elderly couple came in with a non- service dog. I asked if they allow dogs in the restaurant and was told yes. However I don't think this restaurant is authorized as a doggy friendly restaurant.

Fresh. Ormond Beach, FL had a delicious salad.

Today, I had the worst employee who took my order. I handed her a five , some change, apparently I wasn't fast enough for her to get my change out my coinpurse. She said you owe me 83 cents still. At this time I'm getting frustrated with her I replied back hold on for a sec. She wasn't going to have it. I'm thinking rude I been going there since they opened. They need to train the employee better or be patient with someone. This isn't first time in counter with rude employees who taking mine order.

Terrific chain with high quality food and great service!

The bagels were not what I am used to. Most looked like rolls. The cinnamon crunch were burnt looking.
