TACO BELL #23

Definately recommend going back. My food was packed and tasted great! Iziayah is the best person in the world. Helped me out with the food then helped me get my drink since they were little behind. Definately recommend coming and chatting with him. He is a great vibe and definately management worthy.

I ordered threw DoorDash the first driver sat in the drive threw for 20mins before leaving/canceling and the second door dash driver arrived and let me know there was 11 people sitting in the line. Multiple reviews on yelp about the insane wait time!

Had me wait 20 of my 30 minute lunch just waiting for someone to atleast ask if I placed an order which I had and paid for. No orders so the whole crew left the line and started breaking before I had to request a refund. Crazy.

Crispy chicken Chipotle soft taco was fantasticcc

The employees of the establishment are inadequate, they do nothing, they walk past each other, they cannot prepare the order. I have been waiting for it for 20 minutes.

Cars wrapped around the store, 7 people inside and all the employees were on their phone. The manger was more worried about changing music. There was one female employee working on line, asked for help and the manger Danielle sent her home. Waited an hour for food for a drive through pick up order we never got, called and they took phone off the hook. This is by far the worst fast food experience. They all need to be fired!

I would be very cautious eating at this Taco Bell while I was waiting on my food.I watched two employees grab cell phones with their gloves on and then go back to touching food and the one wiped their face and around their nose and went back to touching food without changing. It's horrible when you can't trust the people that's interested to be safe with the food they are preparing.

Why are yall open if there’s nobody making food… make it make sense

Slow drive thru, otherwise typical.

The food was so stuck to the wrapper it looked like it was sitting in the warmer for hours. They also forgot items in our order but charged us for them.

This was so horrible I am not happy that both my nacho fries were cold and OLD they were soooo nasty

What a disgrace to Taco Bell. It seems like every time I come here i throw my food away. No customer service. No one can fold a taco. If you’re gonna hire 18-year-olds that don’t know how to smile at least how to fire them when they suck. Employees will just look at you while you’re standing at the counter, waiting for your drink after they hand you your food and run away fast as possible to avoid having to help you. if you’re upset at work, you should’ve done something better with your life and not be working at Taco Bell with a frown on your face like someone just kicked your dog. Go back to school, or smile and do better.

i was waiting in the line for 30 minutes and had placed my order 40 minutes ago and i pulled up to the window and she said to pull back around and the line was wrapped around the entire building she told us she wasn’t at the counter so she don’t confirm it

Jeremiah and Hayden took really good care of us!!! Super sweet even gave us cinnamon twist after having short talk. Will come back for them they made my night

Usual, pretty good Taco Bell stuff.But please send packets of your sauce with it next time for each item !!!! DAN

Update 2026: Never ordering here again, ordered a few items for me and my wife, they forgot a whole burrito, and I received a small nacho fry, which looks like it was eaten out of, there was barely anything in it, like What the hell. They are never on top of anything, it's like the employees don't really care if anything is made right for the customer, absolutely trash service👎

Went through the drive thru.

My family dined in late and our entire order was made perfectly! Every item was marked and organized in the boxes, this is not the case at some Taco Bell restaurants, we also noticed every employee working hard and staying on task! We spoke to the manager on duty Jeremiah, made sure he knew his team did great and he thanked us and welcomed us back! That’s the way guest service is handled! Thank you Granada TB team 🤩

I ordered food at 1am and didnt get it until 2:30 am an when i received it i didnt get anything i ordered even the drink size wasnt right, it looked like they just threw everything on it and didnt care or something, the trpl double crunch wraps i ordered were just reg wraps so i didnt get what i paid for.

Well. Lady was nice. But the food was... Cold and awful. I should have just drove by handed them my money asked for nothing . Sorry I wasted my time. I live like not even 3 mins away. Food was not even slightly warm and was awful. The lady at the window was kind though . I don’t have the gas to turn around go back. Just wanted a bite to eat tonight. Oh well. Just poor service in the kitchen area. Happened last month too . I understand they are busy but won’t be back :(. Oh well . I understand working in fast food industry, but that’s sad what I was handed and that’s twice now. Done with fast food. Going shopping tomorrow

Whoever was working at 11pm 5.3.26 in the kitchen is truly the worst. I found paper in my food and look at the prep and the smallest amount of meat. Ordered the Mexican pizza combo and it was truly the worst and barely sprinkled 5 tomatoes. If you hate the job, quit because this was by far the worst. Charging $12 for scraps is absurd. Never again. Don't waste your time at this location
