Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Complaints here are real, but they are mostly not about the kitchen. How long an order takes cuts both ways here, averaging 3.0 among the reviews that raise it. The staff is the next most common subject, in 41% of reviews (averaging 2.9).
These reviews span Nov 2025 to Jun 2026, so they cover more than one stretch of this kitchen’s history. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 11 of the 22 reviewers who rated. The split is 11 positive to 10 negative across 22 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (96/100) with 4 basic violations. That inspection was on February 5, 2026. Ranked against Volusia County, it is safer than 73% of the restaurants we score. Among the items recorded were nonfood-contact surfaces clean and plumbing installed & maintained.
If whether it is worth the money is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Site was slow, wasn't greeted when I walked in. Employee were just talking. It took 15 minutes to get one overpriced burrito. I asked about it and was ignored. And when I finally got it, I couldn't even eat it it was so runny. Idk what's going on at this location but I'm about to just give up on taco bell. And I'm an old lifelong customer. DO BETTER.

Why is the cheesy bean and rice $3 here but $1 dollar other places? Aren't we all equal? Apparently taco bell looks at some of us as more worthy of lower prices than others. It's not like this area is a rich area. And it's not like they make them any bigger, better, or faster. STILL WAITED OVER 10 MINUTES FOR 1 OVERPRICED BURRITO, and it wasn't even busy.

Generally, I refuse to go to taco bell anymore.Just because the service is so bad. Well, I ordered the 2 steak fajitas, and before I ordered them, I even verified that I could get it without the green pepper and onions. And she said, yes, no problem. And I got green pepper and onions. So done with Taco Bell again.🙄😒

Love coming here with my dog the ladies inside are the sweetest to us always look forward to coming here

Pulled up a full hour before closing time on a Sunday only to be told store was closed because lazy employees don't want to do their job. Owner should definitely get on top of this if they like making money because this is a job for children and if your employees can't do it they need to be replaced

Some of these pictures of the “Williamson” Taco Bell aren’t even of the Williamson Taco Bell. At least get the right Taco Bell before you post a review, the red tile is clearly Granada, Williamson has gray tile. Anyways cleanest Taco Bell around, Granada smells like a a person died in that one.

JEREMIAH AND HAYDEN are the Absolute best ever they got our food so quick and we’re so nice !!!!!!

Terrible slow service

I've gone there 3 times this week. Each time there's been zero people in the lobby or in the drive through. And every single time they don't answer at the drive through, they just ignore you, hoping you'll leave because they don't want to work. Which I understand but also they suck

there was no meat in my crunchwrap.

I don't know how many times I've come here and ordered just one burrito and added black beans and not got them. It's gotten old. How hard is it? These guys want $15 an hour but can't make one burrito right.

Jayden working the pick up window was wonderful! We frequent fast food places and its so nice and refreshing to be served by someone with wonderful customer service and a polite demeanor! Food came out excellent too! Way to go Tacobell 22596! You have some good people on board!

Worst service I've ever had. I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru and still didn't get my food. I really wanted those tacos
-
It took 33 minutes for me to get a normal simple combo on there menu was absolutely insane.. there was only 2 people infront of me also a normal size order and Maybe 3 people thru drive thru in that time was worst "fast" food I have ever gotten anywhere in the world. Not being dramatic I truely checked my phone exsactly .

I live right next to the LPGA Boulevard Taco Bell I have been there two different times during the day and they told me the fryers were not working and then again I went there tonight. The fryers were not working. No worries, I ended up calling up to the Williamson Taco Bell to see if there was working. They were the only Taco Bell that answered the phone I had called about five others. They didn’t inform me that they were filtering their fryer, but that they would make me fresh fries in about 20 to 30 minutes and that they would be happy to help I drove over. It was only about an eight minute drive since I’m so close to the other one, but as soon as I got there, they were able to drop the fries and I have fresh delicious fries and my chicken taco. They were super helpful and again, not only made sure that I got what I wanted, but they were the only ones to answer the phone 10 out of 10 Taco Bell What Taco Bell should be

Stopped by this location today for a quick snack. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. However, the employee informed us they were very short staffed and apologized many times. They were super nice about everything and once we got our food it was delicious! They wait was not ideal but was also far beyond their control. I wanted to recognize that with a Five-star review as honesty and communication go a long way!

Bit of a fruit-fly issue in the dinning room.
