Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
There is no middle ground in these 19 reviews. Opinion on front-of-house is split — those reviews land at 3.9 on average. Wait times is the next most common subject, in 21% of reviews (averaging 4.0).
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (11 of 19). Of the 19 rated reviews, 12 sit at four stars or better and 5 at two or below. No one in this corpus comments on value for money at all.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (99/100) with 1 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was May 12, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. That puts it ahead of 88% of graded kitchens in Seminole County. For specifics, the last inspection cited plumbing installed & maintained.
This is a listing where the two measures each tell half the story. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Wings were the worst I’ve ever had. I was told that they have started oven baking them now instead of frying them like everyone else. They were not fit to eat. Will not be back.

The place was amazing, quick to sit down and wasn't long to order. Our server Sophia was amazing and the manager Alexander was very helpful as well! Would love to come again.
-
Management is so kind at this location! I have dietary restrictions and was able to order the 35 fried shrimp as grilled shrimp!
-
Love it here but don't walk away if you look at the hours by the door, they actually close at 1am/2am not 11pm/12am

Madeline was wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us regularly, kept our drinks refilled, and made sure everything came out right. Her positive attitude and great service made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

The Miller’s Ale House in Oviedo is a great place for family gatherings, meals and excellent and friendly service! The Management Team is more than Superlative! Alfredo, the General Manager, as well as the other exceptional Managers, Christopher, Alexander and Lucas definitely have assembled a great staff for front and back of the house activities! The atmosphere and staff interactions are like none you will see in any establishment! Everyone treats each other with dignity and respect and that rolls over to their customers, since they hire really good people that keep customers highly satisfied! The kitchen staff are especially good at creating consistently excellent meals! The servers, bartenders, cooks and each and every employee get along with each other and interact among themselves and with the Management Team in a respectful and responsible way! You don’t see this in most restaurants and for that matter in most establishments! That the entire staff can have great fun while performing their responsibilities is something that just doesn’t manifest itself without excellent hiring techniques, training and communication! I am taking the time to just tell you that you will enjoy going there and you won’t hesitate to want to return there!

Love this place

Love this place. Tons of beer on tap and great service. I dropped the rating lower because they have the volume up so loud on the tvs. Not everyone wants to hear your game across the street. Turn off the volume.

Grant is a great server! He was quick, respectful & efficient both times my boyfriend & I have been seated. We are regulars here, but he is now our go-to server! Ari is also an amazing bartender. My family & I love her so much! She has the sweetest soul.

Had another great dinner here. We absolute love coming here. Can always count on great food, a fun atmosphere, and some of the best service in the area. Tonights server, Mark, was fantastic, being extremely attentive and friendly. Alexander the manager is always on top of things. You can't go wrong!

Comida buena, bebidas caras.

My food was amazing as always and my server was great. Food came out fast too and they were able to arrange a higher protein meal for me by adding some chicken breast. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I had the WORST experience at this location. It’s April 24th 2026, and I went to grab some food at millers Oviedo location. I came in and I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged (workers seen me come in) I waited for about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged but as soon as another group of people came they were instantly seated before me (even though I came first) I decided to just place an order to go. I ordered my food and came back after 15 minutes to pick it up…. I seen my food sitting there and told one of the workers that I think that food sitting there is mine. He asked me for my name & I told him my name and he just walked away. The lady who took my order seen me standing there, knowing my food was ready but didn’t say anything. After 15/20 minutes of me standing there they finally gave me my food that was sitting there all along which was honestly so rude considering I had my 5 year old daughter standing there with me. Let’s not forget to mention they filled 2 of my cups ONLY HALF WAY. And they gave me regular iced tea and not sweet like I ordered. They also forgot to give me 2 ice cream I ordered. & NO silverware what so ever. I never experienced anything like this & I honestly will never be back!

Their weekly specials are a game changer for busy families that want to do something other than cook at home. Highly recommend.

Atmosphere is reminiscent of a cross between tullys and Applebee's. Overall nice place, 2 out of 3 of our orders were practically inedible. Their zingers are definitely sysco frozen products are comparable to 2 AA batteries stacked ontop of each other, fried way too long.... it was petrified chicken surrounded by breading. Normally I dont care to post, but when Skye didnt seem to really give a damn either... just kept to my silence and left. When a waitress says they have informed a manager about over half the table having a bad experience and no one addresses it.... yeah one and done for me. $95 down the drain, lesson learned.
-
Good grease pit .. spicy food and good beer. Server was on top of his game.
