June 2026 Service has gotten better.... they address you when u walk in and actually check on your order. Mac and cheese is way over priced though Couple complaints... the staff waiting on people need to be certain they start their day either clean clothes.... it's obvious when they see dirty from a previous Day * they often get the cheese wrong * the sandwiches are often sloppy * way too pricy

I literally just placed and order for a pick two and my sandwich had absolutely zero chicken inside of it.this is absolutely ridiculous

The sandwich that Katie made me was awesome. Hit my tastebuds right on the spot and it was the perfect ratio between meat and bread.

Food was good but 12 bucks for a bagel sandwich and drink is just too much for the level of food.

Pickup order incorrect. Manager will not refund unless drive back to store.

I recently had a great experience at Panera Bread, and I want to recognize Milena for her outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She greeted customers with a genuine smile and made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of. Milena was patient while taking orders and made helpful suggestions without being pushy. Even during a busy time, she stayed calm, professional, and efficient. It was clear that she truly cares about providing excellent customer service. What stood out the most was her positive attitude she went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and that customers left satisfied. Employees like Milena make a big difference, and she’s definitely a valuable part of the team. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks in large part to her great service!

I’ve been a loyal Peneira subscriber for about three years, so I was surprised and a bit disappointed to learn that subscribers can’t try the new refreshment flavors. Subscriptions mean supporting the business consistently, so it would be nice if that loyalty were recognized instead of excluded from new items. Even allowing subscribers one refreshment per day or per week would make a big difference. I’m curious if other subscribers feel the same.

I came right before they closed and the workers were really helpful and nice. Job answered all my questions about the menu and Allie was extremely helpful as I was grabbing my order from the pickup counter!! Great experience and top notch customer service, I definitely be returning again!

The Panera bread locations in the corner of Oviedo Michelle Hommick. I always love their food especially the chicken BLT with Avocado and creamy tomatoes. I bever had anybad food at Panera bread. I will give them 5 stars. Thank you.

FOOD CRIMES, Y'all committed food crimes. I was feeling icky, it was cold and I'm like "you know what, it's a soup kinda day" so I got broccoli cheddar soup in the drive through. I get home and it's got the consistency of tap water. Like if you're out just tell me and I'll get a different soup. Don't just add hot water to make it stretch. I've had Panera's broccoli cheddar soup before and this ain't it. This is white water with broccoli bobbing around in it and doesn't taste right because it's been watered down.

They always mess up my order! ALWAYS🙃 don't drive home without checking your drive thru order

Management was disappointing. Jorge’s leadership felt unprofessional and inconsistent, and communication was lacking overall.

Terrible manager Jorge, do not go here. They need to get rid of him.

Estoy calificando mal en esta oportunidad porque pienso que los baños deben ser más limpios, mi esposa estuvo en el baño de mujeres y de verdad salió de allí asombrada de lo sucio de los baños. Deberían tener un personal que limpie de mejor manera los baños, observen las partículas de no sé qué, que se ven en las fotos y las paredes están muy sucias muy mala higiene
