It's not a Florida vacation until you stop for a Tropical Chicken meal. Every time we are on vacation.

The food was really good. The vegetables were freshly cooked and the meat was well seasoned. I will come again to 100%.

Went through drive-thru. Why on earth would any restaurant serve old rice?? It’s one of the cheapest foods there is. No wonder these Pollo Tropical restaurants have all closed!

This place always messes up my orders like things missing or being too small hire better workers who actually have grit and integrity. To make it worse, there’s never even customers there; had to go inside to fix my order and there was 2 people eating.

Food is good, and the service is excellent. Ryan is a very professional and especially down-to-earth employee at the same time he was training a new employee. He has the qualities of a manager and a team leader.

I like getting food here . I just don’t appreciate when an item is discontinued and the item is still posted on the menu. Restaurants need to do better and just cover it at least with a paper if the menu can’t be redone

Pedí un menú numero 3 y yuca frita. El número 3 viene con churrasco y genuinamente el bowl venía lleno de arroz y frijoles negros la carne v eran piezas ni siquiera medianas y 3 piezas diminutas eso es bien vergonzoso que falta de respeto
