We recently went here wanting to try the grass fed burgers and tallow fries. We hadn't been to Steak and Shake in a long time. Well our food was amazing! Kudos to them for making the change. We look forward to future MAHA improvements. Honestly we've decided that this is our go-to burger place from now on. The fries are SO good. There are other sit down restaurants that will charge you close to $20 for a burger that isn't near as good. You order on Kiosks but an employee was there to answer any questions. You can see them cooking your food fresh. The milkshake my companion ordered was served in a beautiful tall iced retro-looking glass. I ordered my burger without a bun on the Kiosk as it is an option. You do have to show your receipt code to the scanner to dispense your drink if you purchased one. Restaurant was clean. Very much worth a visit. We went twice in one week!

I was excited to find a place serving grass-fed, grass-finished steakburgers along with fries, tater tots, and onion rings cooked in beef tallow. Those are hard to come by at a fast-food restaurant these days. Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to love this place, the burger itself was disappointing. The beef lacked flavor, and the bun did nothing to elevate it—in fact, it was probably the weakest part of the meal. The ingredients sound great on paper, but the final product just didn’t deliver the taste I was hoping for. That said, I appreciate the higher-quality ingredients and the beef tallow-fried sides. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick meal, but the burger needs more flavor to live up to its potential.

We love their burgers and fries. Why go to McD's when we can these hot and delicious burgers and tallow fries?

The service was quick and the associate was very pleasant. The burger was disgusting!! I bit into the burger but Icouldn't even swallow it.; the meat tasted old and like fish or something other than a burger. I will not be going back.

Ordered 3 Meals & 2 Shakes via drive through. Very pleased with the fast service, food was hot & fresh, customer service was excellent, and shakes came out perfectly!!

I just had an amazing experience here. My Garlic burger was phenomenal, the tater tots were so crispy and not greasy at all! The burger, fries, and everything tasted super fresh and clean probably because of the grass fed beef and beef tallow. However, the shake tasted artificially flavored. Texture was great but flavor profile not Soo much. Also the fries came out a bit cold.

Best priced food in town. Cheaper than cooking at home. Infinitely better than other fast food places.

A super chill place to have a meeting or sit by yourself and enjoy the surroundings. Quiet and lots of seating. And I forgot to mention all the drink and food options! Snack on light bites or get a sandwich! My new go-to coffee place!

Damn shame how the food quality, even the restaurant experience, has dipped lower than a Burger King.

Just ordered a large Tots and ask for a sauce to deep them and they said that they charge for even one. That’s insane.

Staff is usually so lovely but, the girl working 05/03 at 8:30 had the nastiest attitude I fear it’s not even a training issue just a personality issue. Check your staff.

Best burgers and fries. Love the flavor from cooking in tallow, it makes everything taste buttery and delicious.

The service from this staff is great, I place orders for my lunch break and I’m a barber so it’s often hectic and very quick when I use the mobile app and they’re always on the ball and very quick.

Just stopped in for strawberry milkshakes. It was HAPPY HOUR ✔️✔️😊. Shakes are always good. Kiosk operated as far as ordering. Cash or Card. Stopped by again for 2 strawberry milkshake’s and two medium fries. Always good in Oveido fl. Staff was helpful and polite. Asked if we needed help at the Kiosk. Easy to follow directions. Priced higher but food quality still good. No table service but since we are older they saw we needed help with ordering .... help with a smile and then brought our order!

I only get a chocolate milkshake from here because I think they make the Best tasting Shakes... drive thru moves quickly... A+

The food was average not that good. The staff was very nice, restaurant was good but it was late at night and needed to be cleaned up a little. Bathrooms mainly.

We got the Bitcoin burgers and they were delicious. Hate you have to place your own order on a machine. Didn't like that at all, but staff were friendly and food amazing
