TEXAS ROADHOUSE

Let me start saying this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad meal at Texas Roadhouse, this was an Oviedo Florida, the server was absolutely horrible. Eight other tables got served before we did no drink refills. Steak came out raw.

Made reservations in advance and was told to gather our things and come in and to be called in to set there but can't set they don't have any available for anyone waiting even with reserved seats.

Hostess lady gave me attitude while tossing around peanuts lol. Don’t text customers that the table is ready then proceed to make them wait 20+ more minutes and be unable to give an updated wait time. Hostess needs to improve customer service skills because giving me attitude for asking for an updated wait time isn’t appreciated.

I’m an original VIP member here since it opened. I had a dinner party at 7:30 tonight and came in about 2:30 to order the chicken critter family dinner. After I ordered, I said I needed a 7:15 PM pick up. As I was driving away the manager, Mariah, called me to say I had to take my order now, but I could not wait until 7:15 PM for my pick up. It made no sense that she said that’s not how their cash registers handled to go orders. I had to wait in 97° temperatures for 45 minutes in my car. I am 70 years old. I then went inside and miraculously my order showed up four hours early. After going to evening church services, I reheated the whole meal to feed my family. The chicken critters were all very tiny and my entire family was astonished. Your food, personnel, and service is not what it used to be. You have lost my business forever!!!

Mac & cheese were rotten and meat was overcooked. Manager has actitud and we left without eating.

Little too hot but great service

The deduction is because you guys need to fix/upgrade your air conditioning. Every seat in the house was full so I'm pretty sure you can afford to fix it! Other than that I just want to say our server Cookie was terrific. She took the time to listen about how I wanted my steak and it turned out perfect. All the food was good as well as the price!

Cross contamination here is crazy my plain mashed potatoes and corn has bits of bacon, green beans , random onions , and the manager said that's normal because it's all on the table together. How is that normal I've never been to a texas roadhouse that had this issue before , we visited the location for a second time after getting a undercooked steak , raw bread , and bad service the last visit. I should of known it was going to be a food safety issue when I saw the cook drinking a red bull on the line and rubbing his beard with the glove he's touching food with. I wouldn't even leave a review if it wasn't for the food safety issues I find the managers excuse the most concerning part.

Camden the best server! Had a table of 14 and never broke a sweat! It was a GREAT Father's Day Spot!

For some reason every time we go the food is really salty. Happened again tonite. Had a country fried steak. The batter fell off the steak, the steak was like chewing rubber, the gravy was very runny. The waitress got us more gravy and it was runny too. Not sure I’ll go back. Oh the Caesar salad barely had any dressing. Someone needs to be supervising that kitchen

We came for Father’s Day today. You all were ready with happy smiles and welcoming hellos. It was nice that you were prepared and had someone outside to take names to avoid a stampede inside. Our waitress, Cassidy, was great and kept us well served. The nice little beef stick gift was a pleasant surprise for my husband. Food was perfect as always. You’re doing it right!! Thank you!

Came here to have a great fathers day, got a cheeseburger and the bun was hard as a rock, asked for a new bun and it was just as hard. Asked for the meal removed from my bill and the manager offered a free item on the menu, i asked for a 12oz filet and then was informed after they already put the order in that she will not comp the whole item like she promised, offering 20% off of the filet, very dissapointed and will be unlikely to return. Manager offering me compensation for a bad experience then going back on their word, unprofessional and insincere.

Used wait-list and were seated within a couple minutes of replying we are here. Staff was attentive and food was delicious

Although the food this time around was not that good, I really wanted to highlight Sue!!! The food part was not her fault at all, and I want to highlight her because she was so kind, on top of everything, caring, and just very easy to communicate with! I am shocked she’s new to waitressing!!! She is way better than many waitresses who have decades of experience!! We hope to have her again! She’s wonderful!!! God bless you!

Texas Roadhouse is always a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service has consistently been excellent every time I’ve visited. Their steaks are always cooked perfectly and prepared just right. The Chicken Fried Steak is absolutely amazing and one of my favorite menu items. The sides are also consistently delicious and complement the meals well. I’ve been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere make this a place I keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

Takeout here is risky. You NEED to check EVERYTHING. This picture should almost half a salad. It stuff like this that bucks here.

Joselyn at Texas Roadhouse on Aloma was absolutely fantastic! She was super attentive, funny, and incredibly conversational, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. She has a great personality and made sure everything was taken care of without ever missing a beat. On top of being an excellent bartender, she's genuinely kind and welcoming. Great service like hers is hard to find these days. If you're stopping by, definitely sit at her bar you won't be disappointed

we are regulars eating at this location, our family loves this restaurant, and we usually enjoy the good food and good service, but unfortunately we had our first very bad experience at this location, after spending almost $100 on dinner! without the tip, it really leave us a bittersweet taste after being sat on a corner with a section closing that the server started cleaning the floor with us being seated at the table, and the server taking long on bringing drinks or checking on our table, the drink I order came on a broken glass and had to wait over 5 minutes for the server to come back and thennother 5 for her to bring a new drink! after that the food look so long even though the restaurant was not full, we ate our appetizers, and we decided to asked for boxes and took our food to go, since we felt being rushed out of the restaurant with them cleaning while we still seating and trying to eat, when we asked for boxes the server Emily didn't even care to ask if anything was wrong or why we chose to not eat and put ourselves our food to go! very disappointed! I was very close to not even leave a tip since the service was not good at all tonight.

Dinner rolls and butter

I went in on Sunday night for an anniversary dinner with my wife. Times have been tough lately but I still wanted to take her to a nice dinner, and I’m so glad that Skylar was our server. She took the time to talk to us and ask us about our plans, she was constantly making us laugh, and was very honest when giving her recommendations on the menu. I’ve had bad experiences at this location before with another male server, but Skylar really made our night and I will be coming back! The food and drinks were great, and the manager Kim was very sweet and gave us a free appetizer for our next visit! Thank you skylar and kim!
