Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
People either love this place or they do not, and the ratings show it. Where how guests are treated comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.6, so it reads as a strength. How much food arrives is the next most common subject, in 28% of reviews (averaging 4.1).
5 stars is the modal score, given by 18 of the 25 reviewers who rated. Conspicuously absent: cleanliness, which no reviewer brings up. Of the 25 rated reviews, 23 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a C (78/100) with 2 high-priority and 6 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That inspection was on March 24, 2026. The trend across inspections is improvement. On health score it sits safer than 17% of the Seminole County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were food from approved source and handwashing.

Good food and service, will visit again.

My picture doesn’t do it justice but the food was delicious (yes, get the cannoli French toast). A big reason we will be returning though was due to the amazing service provided by Julie. She went out of her way to ask the kitchen if they had cannoli filling since they generally only serve it on the weekend. She ensured our drinks were filled without interrupting conversation and when we ordered she really broke the menu down for us. Thank you!

wonderful place, good food and very friendly service

Best Restaurant in Town..NO...BEST RESTAURANT IN THE AREA! And there are alot of places to eat in the 10 miles from my home to the Townhouse. Wonderful menu with good prices serving the very best comfort food in the area! Today, I came for the burger, but sandwich of the day was prime rib...then they handed me menus for Lunch and Breakfast..gosh, the selection! Benedicts, so many they could have their own menu. And that was just a small part of the breakfast menu...real ham slices, just like you had at home as a kid. And Im not even going into detail, nor am I going to mention the lunch/dinner menu, you'd be reading this all day! But I will say this: They have great entrees, including some Greek food, Loads of great sides and the fries are not greasy.. They also have breakfast and dinner specials, so don't forget to check those out, too, before you order. Place is very popular at meal times, so you might have to wait if you come then. Finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the friendly hometown feeling you are treated to by the amazing servers and hosts. They alone are a great reason to return, what a joy in days like this to be given true friendly service. I live 10 miles down the road from here, but I'd almost move to Oviedo.... just for the food!

Dana was so attentive and kind. Shared the special with us and a taste of Central 28 beer for my husband. He loved it. Dinner was excellent and we will definitely be back!

Stopped in for a bite to eat after bowling near by. The waitress name was America and a delightful young lady. Home made chicken noodle soup and a sandwich was perfect.

Our first time here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had breakfast and quite a variety of items. All were well done in a very casual "downhome country" kind of a way, so from our food experience anyway I wouldn't expect anything fancy or extraordinary but I would expect good quality and decent bang for the buck, and you won't leave hungry! While the food was all good to quite good, from the Mediterranean omelet to biscuits & gravy, the one basic item I would highly recommend is to get the home fries as a side. These were just excellent breakfast potatoes and nicely complemented each of our meals. Also I appreciate a breakfast place that has tasty high quality bacon and a willingness to cook it crispy, and this place passed those tests. But the real stars of the show for us were (1) the super friendly service and (2) the dog friendly patio. Now, when I tell you it was a warm sunny humid summer mid morning, you may say what kind of idiot would choose to dine outdoors when there was plenty of room in the fairly spacious indoor dining area. Well, we had our sweet pup Max for one thing, but here's the amazing part...despite the fairly brutal weather conditions, that covered patio was like a little micro climate and was totally pleasant. None of us could believe it, so I don't really expect you to either, but I swear it's true! Max or not, I'd always plan to eat outside here just because of the great atmosphere. Note: it's a little ramshackle back there, but I almost mean that…

Wendy was the best server and helped plus esp with our pups while we ate outside. Amazing service and plz promote her to manager.

Great food and service!

Really nice place to stop for breakfast. All the food was cooked well and nice visual presentation. The service was great, wonderful atmosphere and good service. If you’re in the area, give them a try. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we did.

Five at our table for lunch. Tommy, the server was Great! Two had soup & sandwich, one had awesome sandwich plate, one their very impressive & large chef salad & fifth party member had breakfast-eggs, sausage & biscuit & gravy. They serve breakfast all day! All 5 of us really enjoyed our meal & service.

I honestly do not recommend this restaurant at all. The staff were rude, ill-mannered, and looked like they didn't want to be there; none of the servers were pleasant. It was a horrible experience. People had recommended it to me, but the terrible service alone is enough for me to advise against it—if I could give it a -10 rating, I would.

My husband wanted bfast, I wanted lunch so we tried the Town House restaurant. I was really excited about the country dinner but when I heard homemade biscuits I ordered bfast too! I got the eggs, biscuits gravy meal with grits. My husband husban ordered the meat lovers omelet with the potatoes. We eat out bfast often. These were the best potatoes I have had! Buttery crunchy goodness! Everything was good! The music was a treat too! Our server Nancy was great! We will be back!

While the people who work here seem nice, I was blown away by the OUTRAGEOUS price for my food. Not being familiar with the restaurant, I walked in and simply asked for an egg and cheese sandwich. After waiting a very long time, I was given a very small egg sandwich on regular grocery store bread and what appeared to be one egg and fake (American cheese).whe. I. Learlu asked for provolone. The "fruit" I was given was clearly peaches from a CAN and sitting syrup. What restaurant does that?? For this low quality and small meal, I was handed a bill of what amounted to $15 for this sorry sandwich and federal lunch program fruit. Very disappointed I chose to give this place a try. It appeared as though they tried their best to find up every item a la carte so they could squeeze the most money possible out of me for a meal my children could have mad better. An egg and cheese sandwich with one egg, artificial cheese and grocery store bread should be less than half this price.
