Tried all you can eat ribs, but waiting 15 mins for 3 ribs was not worth it! Made our Anniversary dinner a sour moment, update still slow service, last time

Excellent Smoked Wings and Great Happy Hour Spot Stopped by Broken Barrel Tavern at Palm Bay Road and Babcock and had a great experience. Service was prompt and friendly, and the happy hour specials made it an even better value. I ordered the wing basket with 8 smoked wings and onion petals. The onion petals were crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the spicy remoulade sauce. For the wings, I tried both the Carolina Vinegar and the Hot Garlic flavors. The smoked wings themselves were outstanding, and the Hot Garlic sauce was especially memorable because it featured real garlic, which added incredible flavor. These are definitely wings I will come back for and highly recommend to anyone visiting. My partner ordered the BBQ pulled pork quesadillas with seasoned fries. The fries were more like freshly cut chips, nicely seasoned and delicious, and the quesadillas were excellent as well. Overall, Broken Barrel Tavern delivered great food, quick service, and a relaxed atmosphere. If you’re in the Melbourne area and looking for outstanding smoked wings, this place is absolutely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back. Dark and floors so sticky I couldn’t move my chair easily. Bathrooms a little icky. Why I took off one star but it is a tavern feel.

Just got into town and found this restaurant on-line. My husband had a health issue and the owner came over right away to make sure everything was OK. Great service, great food, and an amazing owner. Would definitely recommend anyone eat here.

The reviews are correct the smoked wings are great- get the jerk BBQ sauce. Service was also excellent- Abby was super nice, knowledgeable, and attentive.

If I lived in the area i would be a regular for sure Great staff, super friendly local regulars And the wings were some of the best ive had in a long time

I go here all the time to pick up ribs and stuff like that for pickup order and these people had the nerve to actually put a tip on my stuff without even asking me a $10 tip by the way it's not like they share these tips with the cooks or anything like that or cooking my meal so they have literally charged them me $10 to take my order from one station to another. I'll tell you what though it'll make me think up next time ordering my stuff from somewhere else because that is ridiculous people are getting too comfortable with this tipping and everything like that I can't even get a cup of coffee nowadays without having the tip somebody You're getting tipped to do your job no I tip for excellent service and going above and beyond.

This place never changes, they need to do some remodeling.

Food was good for the price. I've had the rib sandwich, the burger, and the cheese steak sandwich and they were all pretty good. Their fries are the best thing imo.

Found this place 2 months ago and have been here 5 times already. Last visit I had a burger and the peanut butter pie....omg. Today for dinner we had ribs and wings...fantastic!! Personally not a fan of their meat sauces, but the ribs didn't need any!! Oh and the onion petals were exceptionally good (loved the dipping sauce for these).

My wife ordered what we call a blooming onion but they call an onion Patel. She also ordered season potato and ordered boneless wings bit. She loved everything that she ordered which I was happy for. I however, ordered something that I haven’t tried, which was smoked barbecue wings, which I will not try again then I wouldn’t have decided to barbecue egg roll which I will never do again. The only thing that I like was the blooming onionPatel. I let the waiter know I will never eat it again. Then he asked if we wanted to eat some bread pudding and I was very reluctant at first but then when it came and I took my first bite and it was absolutely delicious. Robert C was a very good server. He made sure to ask is everything ok and that’s when I let him know what I didn’t like. He also was accommodating to my needs and if I wanted something different and I told him no. As you would expect for a sports bar it was a little noisy, but at least my wife and I were able to have a conversation. When we come back to eat, I will definitely order what my wife ate. No more smoked wings or barbecue egg roll for this guy.
