COMFORT SUITES

We have stayed here several times and always came back because of friendly staff. Not this time. The front desk gentlemen looked and acted like we were bothering him to check in. No smile, no greeting and overall grumpy. Very disappointed to say the least!

Great price and location. Easy access to highway and shopping plaza with lots of amenities. Definately would recommend to friends and family

Enjoyed my stay traveled all the way from louisiana to attend a graduation. My stay was wonderful no complaints.

Came to town to visit friends and to celebrate my son's birthday. We found this hotel very affordable and decided to stay for 3 nights! It's in a great location, walking distance from restaurants, fast food, stores and around 20-30 mins from the beach. We found the area very peaceful and quiet, we had a great time at the pool. The free breakfast was amazing and staff was very friendly. ||||We were very happy to find a hotel that can accommodate our family of 6, but it's unfortunate that the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was very thin, you could feel the springs and the frame bars on your back. So that was a little disappointing. Also, not sure what kind of cleaner they use to mop the floors but the floors from the entrance and the bathroom felt soapy. I quickly had to wipe the floors as they became very slippery when wet in the bathroom.||||Other than that the room was great, the beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and the fridge was BIG! We had such a great time I don't mind bringing a bed topper for the couch when we come back in the near future lol

Stayed 3 nights. After 1st night only trash was emptied. After 2nd night, had to ask for wash clothes and mat, only towels were replaced. Beds were never changed or made. Big hole had been kicked in bathroom door, and the big lights outside shined in the room, but the blinds only went halfway down, shining right down onto the beds.

Nice hotel, free breakfast was nice. Was on the 5th floor, room was clean.

We ended up in two different rooms because the first one was extremely hot the AC wasn't working in the toilet was leaking. The second room was still hot but it eventually cooled down, staff did not clean the room and there was still roaches and bugs on the floor when we left. I have found another hotel that is very very close by on New Haven Road in Melbourne that I will always stay at because they care about their customers.

We have been choice hotel members for years and just recently finished our stay at the best property ever for the price. All of the staff were very professional and we could not find a flaw anywhere. We will return!

Worst hotel stay I've had in a long time ,I feel like a victim of a crime after staying here.mattresses are so terrible and old should have been changed 10 years ago.pillows also old and flat would have had more support using a wash cloth for a pillow other than that it was ok if u ignored the hair weave that was blowing around the hallway like a Florida Tumbleweed.

The place had plenty of room for my family.

Price is good for a stay. Good selection at breakfast. Everything was very clean with friendly staff. Will stay again.

Positive: It’s next to a Texas Roadhouse Negative: Everything. Staff double charged me and argued about it when discovered. Gum in the carpet right outside the door. Hair in the “clean” towels already folded in bathroom. Bathroom sink fills with water and slow and zero water pressure in shower. Horrible

I have photos of disgusting spots on the mattress and the furniture, the elevators reeked of marijuana, your tea bottles in your snack room was expired and the breakfast was weak. Our socks were black after walking on the carpet in our room. We paid for two rooms. Our family in that room also had expired tea bottles, spits on their mattress and no shampoo or conditioner left I. Their bottles to shower with. Neither room had sheets and blankets for the pullout couch beds either. We should not have to leave our room because hospitality didn’t provide. I expect a free night with 2 rooms as a courtesy to keep me as a Choice member. Not points, free night of two rooms or I will report this to the health department. Make sure this Jotel has in their notes that when Douglas Klein books a room or rooms, to make sure our rooms are perfectly clean, we have all supplies. It would be in their best interest to put up a sign No smoking or vaping of THC products inside the building and start checking the dates on inventory.

Friendly staff, clean rooms that could be updated with a fantastic location.

For the nightly price this place is awesome. Got a great breakfast. Good service rooms were fine. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good value for the money.

This room was awesome!! It was a little pricey. But, the gentleman behind the desk was EXTREMELY helpful & knowledgeable. I booked the room through Expedia and there was an issue with the booking. Expedia was NO help. But, this gentleman worked to transfer the money I paid to the room, I paid the balance & it was worked out. I need to see if they have a rewards program because I would love to stay there every time we go to VB!!

First time staying at this facility. Very nice facilities, clean room and location was great for our purpose. Will stay again when back in Palm Bay to visit family.

Stayed for work

One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in a while. Highly recommended. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.
