HOLIDAY INN EPXRESS HOTEL

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting family and friends in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area. Very nice, spacious rooms with great beds! Katelyn greeted us at check-in. She was very friendly and helpful with our request for an extra pillow. Because we are Platinum she offered us our choice of snacks and bottled water. We will definitely be back at this hotel for our next visit to the area.

Wonderful! Excellent staff, especially Katelyn! Very Clean, comfortable & spacious room. Welcoming atmosphere. Convenient location, near I-95. I was very impressed with just how clean & friendly this lovely hotel is. Nice pool. Breakfast included with a good variety of food. Very comfortable bed. Pet friendly, too. I will definitely be back!

Front desk clerk rude as hell. At 10am in the morning asking questions the man was rude and acted like he didnt hear me. But no one was there next to me or he wasn't on the phone but non the less rude.

This is a very convenient and reasonably-priced location that is right off the highway. The staff are friendly and everything is very clean. A delicious complimentary breakfast is included!

We have been staying at this hotel numerous times when visiting family. Professional staff members who are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is always excellent. Very easy to book hotel through the IHG app. Checking in and out is a fast process.

Stayed here after a mini road trip. The hotel was very good. Very friendly staff. Christie on reception was very nice to us. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. Shower was fantastic with the different pressures. Wifi was really good. Breakfast was very good also. Very good value for money for when i booked it. Definitely would recommend and stay here in future.

A great Hotel with good a good management and a great team. I can highly recommend this hotel. An outstanding experience is the very warm and nice pool outside. But what really stands out, is the great attitude of the management, the reception team and all other employees from Service to cleaning. Great people make it a good place to stay.

I will certainly return to the Holiday Inn at Palm Bay. The facility and staff are exceptional. Mattress was very comfortable, best nights sleep I had the whole trip.

Staff was really cool, location and room as well. I liked the upgrade that was given to me when I checked in, the room service was also very nice and the location was very convinient to go to my son's college, it's not that far from the beach, grocery store and etc...

Our stay was great, the hotel was awsome and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Terrible. I had to change a reservation due to a scheduling conflict. I called the hotel and the person I spoke with canceled that appointment and made the new one at the same time. So I got charged for the cancelled reservation and have talked to corporate where I got a case number. The manager was suppose to be notified and contact me. Well it's been 2 weeks now. No manager contact and no REFUND!!! BEWARE!!!!

This Holiday Inn is excellent and quite inexpensive. It is newly renovated with a wonderful shower. It is very clean and has a beautiful decor. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

Stayed on a weekend before heading to the beach. Great staff, clean room and quiet pool. The tv service provider lost signal a few times and the air conditioner was really loud but those are minor things that can be easily fixed.
