What diners say — our read

Diners are harder on this place than the health inspector was. When the staff comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 1.5. How long an order takes is the next most common subject, in 38% of reviews (averaging 1.7).

More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 8 of 16. A third strand, whether food comes out hot, appears in 31% of them at 1.8 stars. 2 of 16 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 11 are two or lower.

Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (97/100), 1 intermediate violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That result dates from June 1, 2026. That puts it ahead of 68% of graded kitchens in Brevard County.

If plate size is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

This location is not 24 hours - I placed an in-app(mobile order). I was already near the building. Gave it about 8 minutes before approaching the drive-thru line. I finally drive through just to be told they were closed. - Them being closed wasn’t even the issue, but rather whoever they had scheduled on drive-through tonight for closing shift. Not only was I met w/ nonchalance, but he just kept repeating “I don’t know” to my questions w/ irritation in his voice. ?¿?¿ Well if you don’t know and I don’t know, who knows ???? 😐. I wasn’t refunded my order. Returning later today for the order to be made. I didn’t catch the workers name. Didn’t even bother to ask because who knows, he probably don’t know what that is either.

FOOD'S OKAY/ the quality of the food is just not as good as it used to be.Halftime, to mess up on your orders.Never give you extra napkins or catch up of things. You ask for tartar sauce, you're gonna go back and through the store, go back through the dry through now.I hear that mcdonald's gonna start charging a dollar every time you go through drive through. So think about that big brother's in action.

I would say it's getting a little crazy with the little young kids riding their e-bikes and groups of 10 or 20 even more sometimes trying to pull wheelies in the parking lot when cars are trying to go through the drive through those young kids somebody's going to get hurt Palmbay needs to step up the game. Can somebody actually told me that they will be we will see

Every single time without failure there is something missing in my bag!! This time I was unable to catch it in time due to commuting to work. On top of that the food was barely warm

This is the worst McDonald’s. The best service I ever get is in the mornings but lunch and dinner is a complete mess. My order is always messed up. They are the closest McDonald’s to me so it’s worth it to drive a little further. People are way more nice at other McDonald locations and they’re faster. This one is slow, really slow.

The drive thru crew were awesome, but it would be great if the food preparers would hand off hot food. I ordered the breakfast burritos and they were cold. I was half a mile down the road when I realized it and the drive thru line was 12 cars deep so didn’t return. You can do better.

    Where's McDonald's meal I had in ages?

  • April 17, 2026

I came in with my daughters just to grab a small snack and get in and out quickly. We chose to come inside instead of using the drive-thru because we thought it would be faster, but it turned into a terrible experience. After placing my order, I asked for a receipt and was told I would receive one, but I never got it. We then waited around 20–30 minutes for a small order. When the food finally came out, the fries were cold. We also did not receive our drinks or cups and had to ask for them ourselves. Because I never got a receipt, I didn’t even know what order number was mine and had to keep asking staff. The lobby was crowded with customers waiting, no tea available in the drink area, and no one seemed to be assisting or directing customers. There was no visible leadership or urgency from management. As someone who has worked at McDonald’s before, I know how service is supposed to run, and this location was nowhere near acceptable. The manager appeared to be standing around handing out cold fries instead of actively managing the shift, helping staff, or improving the flow of service. This experience was frustrating, disorganized, and unacceptable.

The eating area was unclean with trash all on the floor, tables were stained and unclean. Major cleaning and sanitizing is needed. I wonder what the cooking area looks like?🤦🏽

Just went through drive-thru and am so sorely disappointed in the staff I encountered. Gave the young man a tip. Absolutely no acknowledge. Let alone a thank you. At pick-up window I point blank asked that young for extra condiments. Twice. Twice he lied and said they were in the bag. Won't ever be back. Too many other places with better staff and McDonald's food i

“Waiting on fries” was the slogan of the night. 20 minutes later there’s no way my order is messed up, giving benefit I didn’t check bag before I left. I got 2 of my 3 chicken sandwiches, nice and cold. No sauce sadly. My food sat and got cold while they waited for fries to get done. Bunch of kids, which is cool but give them an actual manager and direction to properly run that place.

I’d give McDonald’s 4 stars. I ordered using the self-service kiosk, but it was out of receipt paper, so I had to wait while the staff pulled up my order in the system. The employees handled it quickly and were very helpful. Overall, it’s what you’d expect from McDonald’s. Personally, I prefer ordering face-to-face, but I understand kiosks are the future—and they do make things more efficient.
