MCDONALDS CORPORATION

This MCDONALDS SUCKS! My son went through the drive thru and ordered lunch. He ordered a BIG MAC MEAL and when he got home there were NO BURGERS on the sandwich! NO MEAT! Their fries and nuggets are always cold because they are too lazy to cook anything fresh! Their service and lack of accountability or quality control deserves negative stars. This is not the first time this place is horrific but the one down the road near I 95 is worse so the lessor of two evils. At least our fries were in the bag although old! How hard is it to make FAST FOOD after the lunch rush at 3pm!???? DO BETTER! This order was number 1276 on June 29 2026!

This place is a joke. The food was horrible like it was sitting for awhile. The fries were cold the burger was not hot and super dry. The staff seems preoccupied on their phones to get the food right or pay attention to customers. Horrible just horrible

Had a very pleasant experience here on 6/10/26. The young women in the drive thru We're very kind and very quick with assisting me. There was a brief delay and in that time a manager asked how long I was waiting and how I was being treated. It was a very short wait. And I just wanted to remind that manager and the others how great those to employees were.

Haven't had one bad thing for breakfast.

I wouldn't recommend eating here. Always get your orders wrong.

Malabar road at I95. Ordered inside. 30 minute later a B/F said “Wabadaba”. I said I can’t understand you. She just continued, “wabadaba, Wabadaba”. I finally handed her my receipt and I said I’m sorry I can’t understand what you’re saying. She took the receipt out of my hand and put it back on the counter and walked away. About 10 minutes later she came back with my order gave me two plastic cups and left. This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to filthy dirty inside overflowing bathroom garbage all over the place terrible.

McDonald's is for kids, I don't care for it anymore but my kids do!

Went there for breakfast stood at front counter for 20 minutes no one acknowledged or helped me do I left

Went to take the kids to play and eat not a clean table in sight looked like they had not cleaned the play place all day there was someone belongings in the play place and looked like they were camping there the young guy that packed my food up was nice but looked I looked like it was a bunch of young kids playing there not doing there jobs i went to the other part of the lobby and there were several other people looked like they were camping in there for the day with all there bags all over the tables .

Absolutely horrible, manager/employee kids running around, screaming, making a mess and safety hazards. The store cleanliness is horrible, ive worked at McDonald's and burger king and would never let the lobby get like how this store was. It wasnt even during a rush that it looked like it.

Ive worked at McDonald's and burgerking before and I have never ever had the lobby looking the way this store did. Absolutely horrendous.

Give Amy a raise!! She checked on me if I needed something and helped me plug in my laptop when I had to go to another table with a plug outlet. She’s a rock star 😎🙌

Times are tough. I get it but look at the size of this fry that was almost 5 dollars. This is a large. I know I did not eat any of them. We as Americans need to stop supporting these places.

Waited till 10:30 on Saturday for lunch to start and ordered 2 double QP but turns out lunch don’t start till 11 on the weekends. I didn’t find out until after I paid, but the crew was still nice enough to cook me the burgers. I was worried that the food was going to taste rushed, but it was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had from McDonald’s.

This location has had a horrible smell inside for several days now. It smells like this place has not been cleaned or mopped and if it has the chemicals they are using is too diluted because this smell is not something that popped up but is something that has not been cleaned properly. Please I beg of you clean your store. Like I don't know what it is about the city of Palm Bay but whatever happened to customer service and cleanliness? No matter where I go in this city it's like these people don't bathe and they put minimum effort into their jobs. If you live a lazy life you get lazy results. Have pride in yourself and stop playing victim like your actions didn't land you in a poor life.

I love coming to this McDonald's! Sharon, Dom and Quisha make it so that my order is always perfect and wish me a fantastic morning every day. That morning crew is the best!!!! So grateful to have such a. Great team at my nearest McDonald's.
