PALM BAY MCDONALD'S #2005

They made a mistake on my order they left the cheese off of two cheeseburgers ok things happen but 10 people working and the manager saying we aren't busy and then after waiting to be asked if they could help me. I finally asked for the manager she told them to remake them I saw them put salt on food that wasn't supposed to have salt. I saw them drop food on the floor and then put it back to be recooked. Nope I will go to Malabar Rd from now on or the one by holmes

Ordered a large fry half full, no nuggets sauce, straw at curbside pickup. Check you bag

Sometimes have to ask for hot fresh fries. With the cost it should all be fresh

This McDonald needs to be closed like they have no customer service what so ever the Caribbean young girl in the 2nd window is the only one polite. I wasn’t going to write a bad review because of her, but when I looked in my bag and notice they put a sausage on my steak bagel instead I knew I was going to write one that was done on purpose because the sauce that go with the bagel was on it. The lady in the 1st one was changing with the cigarette lady and the lady just standing there no Goodmorning no customer service rubbing her eyes back and forth , cigarette voice rushed outside to smoke cigarette no wonder my order was screwed over, they really need to give us a different McDonald’s or fire these group of individuals and hiring well trained when you go over to SARNO rd it’s wonderful & food is fresh everytime! Ugh hate everything bout this McDonalds.

I called to ask if they had pizza and the person answered and said don't ever call us again or I'm calling the cops

Honestly a zero overall. You have people working there who act like someone is holding a gun to their head making them work there. Zero costumer service, just nothing but nasty attitude. Not even a hello. This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and I always go out of my way not to ever have to go there, unless it’s in a pinch. Need better management better employees just a whole over haul. And don’t even think about going in the evening, they take one order every 20 mins. A true embarrassment of the owners.

Terrible customer service, half the employees are very rude, they always mess up your order here in some way, and they can not make coffee here. Its always a bad experience here. So we go to the other mcdonalds up the street if we have to go to one.

This might be the worst McDonald's I've ever had. Couldn't finish the meal, burnt dry burger meat, onions in the breakfast sandwiches, eggs were stained brown. Its like you can taste that whoever prepared the food hates their job.

Just sat in drive thru for over 25 minutes with no communication(stuck). Couldn’t cancel mobile order and they charged me for it despite not receiving it.

If i could i would give 0 stars! Dont come here always have to wait they take forever! It doesnt make any since at all need to hire better workers

Paid 5 dollars for a coffee with no ice. They told me because it doesn’t have ice, they only fill it halfway. I’ve never been given this and I reorder the same coffee very often at McDonald’s that are closer to my house. I can understand a little lower or whatever but half? I say I would just like a refund. She says okay and takes the drink. Comes back to me with a cup 3/4 full and says here. I say no I want a refund. I don’t know what they put in there to fill it more and I spent $5 on it. She said they don’t do refunds and this is how it normally would be?

They never take care about the costumers who comes in walk in , they never respond even if u call, they behave like the costumers are not worth of walk in. They never tell you order is ready, worst costumer service.

This store should just be shut down. Every employee there should have to go through a training on how to talk to customers they are all so disgusting and disrespectful

I know I'm just another customer who's frustrated with the service at McDonald's, but making a 3 yr old cry is terrible. McDonald's is supposed to be a kid friendly place. So I ordered the huntrix limited edition meal that was over 11 dollars and some other items on the mobile ordering and when I arrived they said they didn't have it. I asked for a refund because of how expensive it was but they said they don't do that. I told the lady it was fraud by not giving me my money back for something they don't have. She ripped the bag off the counter and said I'm not giving you something you didn't pay for. Mind you I already paid through the mobile app. She then threw the whole bag of items in the garbage. This is unacceptable behavior. She stated she will give me a refund but never came back to the counter or answered when asked to give the refund. Making a three year old cry was the worst part because she wanted the huntrix toy. McDonald's, you could do better than this. You used to be all about the children, what happened? I attached a photo (and have a video) of the lady taking the bag away. Do better mcdonald's.

Slow McDonald in EEUU

ordered my regular menu items before the menu switched to breakfast and when I came to the location they lied and said they never got my order at all instead of saying they literally couldn’t make it. I work fast food and my job would never do anything like this. Completely unacceptable.
