Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The kitchen grades better than the reviews do. Reviews that raise how guests are treated average just 2.2 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate. Speed of service follows at 35% of reviews, where ratings average 2.7.
A third strand, freshness and temperature, appears in 18% of them at 1.0 stars. 5 of 17 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower. 1 star is the modal score, given by 7 of the 17 reviewers who rated.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (97/100) with 3 basic violations. That inspection was on March 6, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 68% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. Among the items recorded were food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and storage & handling of clean equipment and utensils.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

The service was fantastic when remaking my food due to a system error, T was by themselves with a full lobby and still went out of their way to make my food correctly. It was greatly appreciated!
-
just take the extra 5 minutes and go to the palm bay road location. Better time between order and getting food. better customer service. Taco Bell corporate please just shut this location down already it's the worst.

The black woman working the drive through window right now had a terrible attitude could not answer questions and refused to give her name after getting hostile with me for asking where our 7$ box was. I would not recommend coming here at night. Employee was uneducated and did not want to be at work to do her job.

Always good fast food

We arrived around 10:30 a.m. The taco shells were stale, meat was flavorless, all the tables were dirty with cheese and other food on them, there was salt all over the seats in one of the booths and there was a dead lizard on the floor. Absolutely nasty experience

Very slow. I waited 45 minutes for my order.

I was excited to try their new “Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets” so I sent my husband to pick some up tonight. He got home and they are inedible! They are fried to the point where the meat inside is disintegrated. Total waste of money since it went straight in the trash. Plus, all of our tacos we ordered were supposed to be supreme and got regular. Check your food before you drive away.

Had a to-go order from Taco Bell and drove all the way home only to realize we were missing 2 quesadillas. We had to drive all the way back, and instead of an apology, we were treated like we were lying about the missing food. We did get the missing items, but the staff really needs to double-check orders before handing them out and treat customers with a little more respect when mistakes happen.

They often don't have ice and give you a warm drink

Great .

Definitely not geared toward fine dining or customer service. The dining room was messy, the counter people unfriendly, and the food was mediocre.
-
The food was OK but what really impressed me was the on-duty supervisor. The kitchen staff was screwing up orders and she was all over it. One woman drove back to the restaurant from home to replace part of her order. The supervisor told her to keep the item (for free) and she immediately prepared a new replacement. That is customer service!

This is the worst Taco Bell in Brevard County and today I have time since I’m sitting in the eternal drive-thru line. These employees move like molasses in January and are RUDE. I know many door dash drivers who won’t take orders from here because it’s so slow. There is nothing fast about this fast food- and 10/10 your order will be wrong and missing food. I love Taco Bell food so much- it depresses me that this is the one closest to me. I haven’t been this mad since you took the chili cheese burrito away AGAIN. Rude. Do better.
