WENDY'S 1656

Went to this Wendy’s tonight w/ a mobile order, - waited in line for over 10 minutes(it’s fast food, you can expect this 100%) but I think the long wait time, mixed with the disrespectful workers, is definitely what did it for me. I asked for extra sauce at the window ( I was even prepared to pay bc I know some places do that) - worker at the window followed w/ “it’s in the bag” in such a disrespectful tone. She then proceeds to say “as long as you asked for it and ordered it ahead, it’s in there” - unsolicited, and just rude. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I pride myself on being a sweetheart, so I found that so unnecessary. Please stop. Mind you - this is over sauce ?¿ I understand if you’re tired or had a long day, and I feel for fast food workers deeply bc I’ve worked those jobs too, but you are never supposed to allow the customers to see those inner personal feelings. Never.

I have recently been on a cob salad kick, I have had them from numerous locations. This place takes the cake on horrible. The salad is very small in size compared to other locations. The dish concaves inward so its very small. The tomatoe was previously frozen and mushy, wilted, I threw it out. The icing on the cake was the long purplish, dark brown long hair in the salad, it was half straight and have spiral curly. Gross. This hair must of been 2 ft long. Looked to be from a weave or wig.. I will not revisit.

I just ordered doordash from this location and everything is great! The burger is fresh and the fries are fantastic. Whoever was on shift around 10pm on 06/11, put care into my food and needs a raise. Effort really goes a long way. Awesome!

Came as delivery driver I CALLED and said if they could give me the order through parking cuz the line they said no only drive through I went in the drive through I said ok then after 20 min waiting they said I had to go through the drive through again because I didn’t talk in the speaker

There was more concern for getting orders to drive thru, and the customer inside was forced to insist on having his order given to him.

Not a fan of the order kiosk but really enjoyed my fresh burger

Using AI in the drive through. AI claims that they don’t have mayonnaise. I asked for a person, I was rudely told to pull forward. Guy doesn’t even try to take the rest of my order, and to top it off, I didn’t get all of my food in the 6 dollar biggy bag. Got two of the same meal and they only gave me one set of nuggets.

I just ordered food in the drive-through made it back to work and realized my nuggets were cold and not fresh and they never gave me the second nugget that I ordered Everytime I go to this Wendy’s they either mess up my order or something is missing from the order

Came inside and ordered a Dave’s doubl, bi cheese, the manager repeats the request so I know she heard it, I asked to substitute the fries for a baked potato, she calls out the potato, gets no call back from her cooks, okay, so a few minutes later her cook comes up and tells her they don’t have the potato, she asked how long and his answer was 1 hour, so I had to settle for tasteless fries, very disappointing but okay, so I get in 95 south and pull the burger out and it’s dripping with cheese, and since I’m lactose intolerant I can’t eat it so I called the store and asked for a refund, she said only if I come all the way back. No, I’m not getting off 95s, looping back, for a burger, she offers if I’m coming back soon she could give me the burger, but I live 100 mile south, I’m not coming back for a burger, and I shouldn’t gave to.
