Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
This listing's ratings cluster at the two ends of the scale. Wait times tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.4 stars. After that, front-of-house appears most often — 38% of the corpus, averaging 5.0.
Newer reviews score better than older ones (5.0 recent against 4.2 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. One subject never comes up here: plate size. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (12 reviews).
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on May 19, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. Ranked against Volusia County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

They were so quick so fast and so reliable And the food was phenomenal way better than McDonald’s way better than Wendy’s and way better than Arby’s we have The meat
-
It's always a pleasure, Chicfila should be the fast food staple and keeps the bar high !!!
-
Nice, clean and updated chain. Quick good service. Not as busy as the other far food.
-
Great as usual. I love the frosted lemonade!
-
Line around the building but service was fast and the food was superb and HOT
-
Be careful as they often mess up your order and charge you incorrectly causing a headache. They are often unaware of their own promotions and rewards. Compared to other CFAs nearby this one is not consistent.
-
Great service as always.
-
I asked for extra pickles and boy did they deliver. 10/10 ⭐️

Gave us a fried filet in our cobb salad when we asked for grilled, and when we came back they told us there was no spicy grilled filet even though the website says there is. We ended up having to spend even more money for no reason
-
Instead of helping when there was an issue scanning the mobile thru, I was rudely told to park and change how my order is picked up.
-
Emerson took my order and was a wonderful young man. He was very attentive, courteous, and was very caring. Thank you Emerson 😊

The staff is super friendly, especially Annalisa!! She was super nice, funny, and charismatic; one of the best interactions I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a long time :D

Excellent service

The Chick-fil-A’s in Florida are a joke. They are not managed properly wait times or extremely long and they do not employ enough people.
-
The best app ever! Perfect as usual! We always use the app to order and pickup. Everything is perfect down to the pickles. Best chicken sandwich ever. Nothing compares!
