CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL STORE 1844

Went there and had tacos and got home and about 2 hours later I am sick as a dog.

Terrible location, i don’t know what restrictions have been put to make sure you get the smallest portion of meat possible. Server put quite literally a teaspoon of barbacoa on my bowl (which im paying extra for) i asked for more and he put yet another teaspoon???? who are these portions feeding? a 1 year old? would rather drive farther for the international speedway location lol

I love Chipotle but this one is awful! It seems to work ok if you go through the line but ordering through the app to pick up is a disaster!!!! Twice my orders have been “ stolen”. And I had to wait 20 min for them to remake my order. I have yet to pick up an order that has been correct. Good luck trying to rectify it them! I don’t recommend!

Amazing

I ordered my food from door dash expecting a heavy bowl and this is what I get my order online completely nothing that was said on top of the lid no cilantro sauce, no extra corn no cheese no guacamole just the bare minimum, who does this I had faith in you guys but instead you treat me this bowl looked like it went through the Great Depression truly a sad night to waist $30 on chipotle

The food used to be good here, but the past few times I have ordered Beef Barbacoa, it has tasted really off... I have gotten it at other locations and it tastes like it always has. I dont know what's going on at this location but I am extremely disappointed.

Apparently the only thing harder to chew than the giant piece of plastic/packaging I found in my chicken bowl is getting anyone from Chipotle to respond. I ordered from the Port Orange location on Dunlawton and found what looks like a large piece of plastic/packaging mixed into my food. Disgusting doesn’t even begin to cover it. I took photos, kept the receipt, called multiple times, and even completed the feedback survey (like Chipotle asks customers to do). And yet… silence. No follow-up, no apology, no reimbursement, no accountability. This used to be one of my favorite quick places to eat, but finding a foreign object in my bowl and then being ignored by customer service is honestly wild. I shouldn’t have to post a PUBLIC Google review just to get someone’s attention, but here we are. The photos speak for themselves. At this point, I’d appreciate someone finally reaching out to make this right — because mystery plastic was definitely not listed as an ingredient.

This is by far the worst Chipotle! They start closing everything down around 8 PM so the drink station, napkins etc are on tables and there is no ice for fountain drinks it’s ridiculous and I will avoid this Chipotle like the plague!

Portion Sizes for the protein is criminally small, I poked through and weighed the Honey chicken serving i got for my bowl and it was 52.3g of chicken versus the advertised 4oz or 113g

I have been coming to Chipotle for quite sometime, and everytime I have been in Luca always is friendly helpful and has the best attitude! I see him help out where he is needed often!! Kudos to you Luca!!! Thank you for making my experience a good one everytime!

Theres one dude that never gives any food and rushes as fast as he can. Everytime he’s working i just walk next door to chick fil a.

This the message the driver send .. waoo..i order food most of the time and this person dont like to do his work .......I have to be somewhere at 4. There is no entrance into your place whatsoever. No codes or anything. Already drove through legacy and turned around and now this entrance doesn’t work . Leaving in office

The food was seasoned well. The overall place is clean

This was genuinely one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. We placed an order for pickup and still had to wait 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time because the food was not ready and they were still cooking items. After all that extra waiting, the order was still wrong. The fajita veggies were missing from the tacos, the queso was missing completely, and the black beans were carelessly thrown into a container and spilled all over the inside of the bag. The chips were also terrible. They were chewy, stale-tasting, and had no crispness whatsoever. At that point, it was not just one mistake. It was a full failure across timing, accuracy, food quality, and basic handling. I have already submitted feedback through Chipotle’s official feedback form, so please do not respond with the standard instruction to “leave feedback” through another site. That has already been done. This location needs serious attention to order accuracy, food prep, and quality control, because this was unacceptable from start to finish.

Terrible experience. Ordered food online. Order wasn't ready until nearly 30 min after pickup. Counted 20 people after pickup time. They weren't busy however very inexperienced. Then the cherry on top, the food was cold and had been in the back with other orders.

This is the worst chipotle location in a 50 mile radius by far. Go to Moe’s across the street instead. The new management at this location must be telling the employees to put a quarter of the intended amount in customers bowls. When I got less than half a scoop of mild salsa in my bowl and asked for more, I kid you not, the employee gave me one single piece of tomato in the bowl. They were out of several items including chicken at 8:00pm and were not intending on restocking any of it. KEEP IN MIND THEY CLOSE AT 11:00PM!!! Save your money and go to Moe’s instead where they’re not stingy and rude.

Terrible Chipotle.

Wow, I haven't been in a Chipotle since I left Denver and in Denver they Rock so I went to this Chipotle expecting at least something similar to what I got in Denver first of all the portions were way smaller, they only put one scoop of rice in the bottom of our bowl, I'm used to seeing three scoops put down, then they skimped on the meat. Barely even a full scoop with the spoon. Then the chips they gave us were stale, they were chewy, not crisp, like that had been exposed to moisture. Not at all the quality I remember. They had no sodas available, the beverage station was covered in trash and spills and not stocked. Then we couldn't find a clean table, every table had some kind of spill on it, and it was NOT busy, so don't try to use that as an excuse The seat had rice all over it, the floor was covered in trash. Very disappointed in this visit, not at all the chipotle I am used to

Take out for 6 people. Every dish was really salty, almost unable to eat it. Two out of the six family members who ate were sick shortly after eating. One was sick all night. We ordered early and picked up by 6pm but the had already run out of some items, basics like salsa. How does a Mexican restaurant run out of salsa? The quality of food here has plummeted and I was extremely dissapointed.

The lady who takes the order is so stingy with the quantity,iam sorry to say won't be coming here and even they charged me for extra cheese wow. Thanks for your excellent service . You will never see me here again .

Food wasn’t ready until 20 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. Forgot to pack the large bag of chips with my order so I had to drive back to the store. No acknowledgement of the situation or “I’m sorry” from the workers. Go to Moe’s instead. In reaction to Chipotle’s response I went to their suggested website only to find it impossible to submit a comment. The “Find the Chipotle” section does not allow for selection of the Port Orange store. . . the frustration continues.

Im pregnant and was craving chipotle all day all I wanted was an amazing meal but walking in on a Tuesday @ 8pm when they close 11pm and have NO WHITE RICE and NO steak . I didn’t mind waiting for them to make some but they said they were out for the night… how is that possible when there are still 3 more service hours. My fiancé got chips and they were stale. Very disappointed.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I just had to this time . I have been to every chipotle within like a 15 mile radius. This is the only chipotle location that actually cooks the food correct And it brought me back to the first time that I ever tried chipotle and loved it. The steak is moist juicy well seasoned and cooked to perfection and actually taste like chipotle steak everywhere else it’s dry, overcooked or undercooked with literally no juice or Seasoning. The rice here is perfectly cooked versus everywhere else. The rice is usually dry and overcooked at every other location. On top of the food being great and consistent at this location the service is also fantastic. I have kids with me every time and all of the employees are patient and kind.

I don’t think I’ll be going back to this one again. I go to Chipotle fairly frequently. This one gives you smaller portions than any other one I have been too. With the cost of things going up all the time and how much it is shorting people just isn’t right.
