This review is to thank Amber, the Manager at this location. What a sweetheart. My daughter who is in college in another state tried to send my husband a surprise ice cream cake for Father's Day. She ordered online at Cold Stone Creamery and Door Dash was supposed to deliver it. Some horrible delivery person from Door Dash named Erika, stole our order. Yes... Literally stole it! She rang our Ring doorbell which alerted us while we were out driving. When we tried to talk with her via the speaker, she asked if we ordered Door Dash. When we said no, and asked if she was looking for our address.... she just walked away with our order. Shameful! Never asked our name or told us what she had. Door Dash even confirmed she marked the order complete which is against their policy. The whole thing is on two of our cameras. I have posted her picture below incase she tries to steal from you also. Make sure to report her. Regardless, Amber did the right thing and delivered us another cake and some wonderful cupcakes. 🧁 We are customers for life, but maybe we will pick up from now on. Lol. Thank you Amber! 🫶

I ordered butter pecan ice cream there was no pecan in the ice cream. The cashier was really nice

We visited the Cold Stone Creamery for ice cream in Port Orange last night. We love coming here when we’re in Florida. They have great ice cream selections, their signature creations are really good, the staff is super friendly and we’re always in and out. What’s strong suggest this place for really good ice cream if you’re in the Port Orange area.

There service was amazing they were all so sweet there the little boy I think his name was Bradley gave me amazing service and his suggestion were quite good

I had a wonderful experience at Cold Stone thanks to Verena! She is an excellent and very hard worker. She greets every customer with a warm smile and makes everyone feel welcome. She is fast, organized, and keeps the line moving with no long waits. Verena truly cares about customer service and it shows in the way she treats everyone. She is a great asset to the team!

I went in the other day and this beautiful girl with long curly hair served me and she was just the sweetest thing. That’s the loudest I’ve ever heard someone in a cold stone sing for a tip. Verena was the best! This location is amazing all the workers are so nice.

The worker I Think her Name was Verena was the best worker ever very Kind and Patient gave me the best experience and gave her a Kind tip and she sang beutifully

Went to Cold Stone Creamery today and had such a wonderful experience thanks to the staff. Ryan went above and beyond without being asked. He overheard me mention that I have an egg allergy and immediately stepped in with the allergen menu. Not only was he incredibly kind, but he clearly knew the products and ingredients inside and out, which is rare and so appreciated. Thanks to him, I learned there are plenty of egg-free options and felt completely comfortable ordering. Liberty was also amazing… so friendly, patient, and helpful with samples and all of our questions about flavors, toppings, and different cone options! The whole experience felt welcoming and stress-free. It’s clear Ryan truly cares about his job and his customers, and Liberty’s positivity made the visit even better! Such a fantastic team, we will absolutely be back. Thank you Ryan and Liberty!
