I am so upset with this 5 guys. I do not know what has happened to them over the last 3 months. They use to be on top of everything. My food was always fresh and made right. The last 3 times I ordered food from here they made my sandwich wrong. I am allergic to mushrooms, I hate tomatoes and green peppers. The last 3 times I ordered they somehow had all 3 of the things I listed not to put on there they did. But didn’t put what I wanted on there. Today I had a very hard day at work, I decided to order online and pick up my order. As I placed the order I went inside right away to tell them, please make sure it’s made correctly I am allergic to mushrooms. The girl already made it wrong and put mushrooms on it. She says but it’s the veggie cheese sandwich. I said yes but it has modifications, I am allergic to mushrooms. They said okay we will remake. I told them my name of my order. I got a notification it was done. I stood at the counter and waited for my order. They didn’t bring it over to me. I kept making eye contact like is it ready yet? None of them cared. Only one female cared. When I went out to my car I decided to check it just to be sure it looked good before I drive 20 minutes to home. Lone behold. It didn’t have any cheese on it. I was fumed. How could they make it that wrong. By first putting mushrooms on it, now they forgot the cheese ? It’s called veggie cheese sandwich. I went in and calmly said it didn’t have cheese on it. Not open as stated on the website. 5/30 at 11am. Placed an order online at 10:30am as thats when they are suppose to open per their website. When I arrived restaurant was locked, I called was told they didnt have an order for my name, mind you I have a order confirmation from their website and money was withdrawn from my bank account. Now im on break. Waiting for my lunch that I ordered 40 mims ago. After arguing to prove I have an order for 7 mins. Do better.

Dylan was so awesome and friendly! And the food honestly SOOO good just as good as I remember growing up, I moved from GA and I’m glad I found another five guys worth five stars near me!

As you can tell by his "happy food dance," my son loves a good burger. ❤️ Food was delicious. Small Cajun fries was ENORMOUS. Staff was friendly when interacting but not very personable but that is fine with me.

As of 4/16/2026 iv never been so disrespected and talked to the way this manager spoke to me tonight... I ordered food through door dash and my dasher sat there for almost an hour waiting for my 60$ food order for my family to eat.. mind you im sick so shes very lucky I didnt go in there. Told my dasher my food was stolen I call the store to speak to the manager she tells me she doesnt have time to check each order and number to confirm and make sure food is going to the right dasher... I said then u need to make sure u have enough staff on deck to be abel to provide good services when it comes to people's money she told me basically that's on you and I said so ur going to do nothing about it and she just said YUP.. like and ur a manager??... I run alot of restaurants in this area and I promise u.. you wont be manager for long because u have no customer service experience and clearly dont know how to talk to people.. so rude and so very unprofessional.. disgusting!!

I know the price is a little bit higher and it is a little bit however they're the best good food good atmosphere was a great visit

The cajun fries are to die for!

I ordered at the register to go and asked for Cajun fries. I asked the girl twice for the Cajun fries,literally looking at her in her eyes making sure she Understood Which she seemed like she did. Order then took forever when there was only like five people in the building I checked my bag and I did not have Cajun fries just regular. I told them it was wrong and instead of re-shaking the fries for me They just gave it to me on the side so I have to do the work at home. when I spend that much money for a burger and fries I expect it done right ridiculous Hire better people.

NEVER eating here anymore I got food poisoning I literally throw up I don’t know what they put in my food but I got sick please never come here you will get sick I’m warning you!!

Ordered from five guys and they forgot half our order. Took 45 minutes to get our first order and still waiting for the missing items. This is absolutely five guys issue and not the third party delivery service. The bag had a tamper seal sticker on a large bag with one burger in the bag. We were missing another burger and a shake. They didn’t care when I called and just sent out my cold burger that had been sitting at the restaurant for 45 minutes and then another 15 minutes to get to me. Super aggravated. Not to mention paying twice for delivery fee and tip.

Busy, little bit of a wait. Expensive, yes but delicious. I love Culvers but this is a good alternative and could become my number 1.

$50 for two burgers, both soda machines not working
