Very clean and great customer service and housekeeping

I love it here I slept like a baby so awesome the atmosphere in the rooms are mid needs more color but not too friendly the room 216 is very good but 2 beds that are great and I am a kid so I don’t know the value it’s quiet so no noise and it’s very clean in room 216. And I got here at 3 something AM in port s.t lucy the atmosphere is like kind of boring and mid.I don’t hate it the breakfast is super good but breakfast ends at 10:00 which I hate because I woke up at 9:56.

Nice clean hotel but forget about EV charging. Two level 2 chargers did not work and front desk didn't care. Fast chargers near by.

The area is not bad at all I even end up going to outback stake house

Nice hotel would have enjoyed using the pool as it's so warm but the time I got there it was late so no time to eat and pool so have to only do 1 thing. Hotel was nice room comfortable bed great. Breakfast was good all in all a great stay lots of parking and good options for good around.

People need to be at the desk at a hotel I understand things happen but cover your bases

this hotel exceeded my expectations the environment was peaceful the room was spotless and the service was excellent everyone we interacted with was polite and accommodating I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Asian guy from the Philippines encouraged me to write one. He told me how wonderful it is to stay at the Hampton Inn and already mentioned that the staff here are kind and caring, like family. Even though he’s new, he’s very funny and helpful he didn’t mind us interrupting him while he was cleaning the room. I really appreciated how much he cared for us. I really like him I wish all hotels had staff as kind and accommodating as this.

What really made the stay better was the service. The staff were friendly and easy to approach, and Justinn was especially helpful. She assisted us when we needed something in the room and handled it quickly without any hassle. Everything felt smooth and taken care of, which we really appreciated Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. My wife and I are a bit older, and Justin even helped us carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to give him a tip he really deserved it. Everyone was friendly and made our stay comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again and hope to thank Justin in person next time

As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member, I feel qualified to leave a review. First the positives. Nicely remodeled older property. I stayed here several years ago and it was in need of a renovation. Nicely done. Room was comfortable and up to date. Room was clean and well appointed. Location is fantastic, with many dining and shopping options close by. Breakfast was consistent with Hampton standards and was pretty good. Didn’t use pool, but it looked nice. ||Now the negatives. Fitness center was pretty bare, just a Peloton and a treadmill with some weights. Room I early checked into was not yet cleaned so I was offered a similar room. Since it was getting after 4PM I accepted. Why on earth would you not prioritize the cleaning and availability of a Lifetime Diamond members room over others? I just don’t understand this. And the biggest complaint I ever have with a hotel. The room doors absolutely SLAM shut. Why on earth would a proprietor want this? Slamming doors are very annoying and irritating and disturb everyone else nearby. I know that they can be set quietly since the fitness center door closes without much noise.

Stayed at this hotel for one night due to a family emergency. The front desk attendant, Angelina, was a sweetheart and checked me in quickly and without issues. There were cookies at the front desk! The room was pristine and spacious, and the property itself was quiet and well-maintained. There is plenty to eat and do in the area within walking distance. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of variety, and coffee was available 24/7 for guests. I was unable to use any of the amenities but everything seemed in order. It was a great stay - a great experience for our short visit!

We arrived in the middle of the night after a very long journey and received a warm welcome from night manager Jacinta. She was very efficient and helpful with answers all our questions.

Nice and updated inside. Comfy and clean. Even had USBC charging.
