Did not visit the Hilton, Took my grandson to summer camp

Stopped by for a drink at the bar - a fun place to visit.

One Twenty One Bar Grill was excellent Mia gave great attention to our needs. The food was fresh and very well seasoned. Prices for happy hour were very reasonable. The menu is nicely varies from apps to entrees and dessert.

Reliable consistency with rooms and service.

The restaurant here is top notch and the drinks are exquisite

Poor customer service. No accountability by management. I was at your property. Their was a mixed up in date on my part. I was willing to pay the difference instead I was asked to pay for an entire new room at a new rate. I was told the night manager was not there so no alternative was offered. I had to sleep in my truck in the parking lot as it was late and I was too tired to drive. I spoke to the CSR at the front desk and again I was promised the day manager would call me. I was later contacted by the front desk rep who did not offer any alternative option. So then I had to cancel because I was already out of Florida and I wanted the option of hotel credit, refund or the option to choose a future date and none of those options was offered. So Hilton basically took full payment without offering service even though I made contact 2 weeks prior to my booked date. Hilton Garden Inn actions were very obtuse.

Very clean hotel

Rooms are clean, hotel was pretty quiet, which was nice! They have a little snack shop, which is convenient! And was in a good neighborhood! I’ll definitely be going back to this place!

This is nice . Out of all the choices in the area, this wins. Hands down !

The location is excellent for all that I need

The lobby smells like a huge air freshener. It’s pretty bad if you don’t like strong smells. Our room was NOT very clean. I did find a bug, which I am sure happens. Front desk was very nice and helpful. They are sending someone to clean the room and offered a room change.

Food was 5 🌟

The stay is great and so are the amenities of the hotel, the food in the restaurant/bar is actually AMAZING and so is Nicole, super friendly, professional and such a fun person, simply pleasure to deal with and be around, and when she asks you to try the desert....just go for it😍...but let me tell you this....Shayne in the reception is simply AMAZING, literally the BEST check in in a gooood while (and I stay in hotels ALL the time), simply above and beyond, she is so nice and she really cares about what she does and who she represents, she took care of me, explained everything I needed to know ahead of even thinking about asking a question, she is so cute and adorable. It have been a while since I checked in to a hotel and got such a pleasant experience! The next time I need to stay in the area I will not even consider any other place....10⭐'s from me and a huge shout out to Shayne.

I stayed at this hotel April 10, 2026 . I had a great experience . Clean rooms . Staff was great . The lobby is very huge for large families . The only thing that I didn’t like is that they did not have free breakfast , but on the bright side they do have a bar and dining area to eat for a fee . I will definitely recommend this hotel to others . It’s definitely my go to hotel when I come back to town

We started the trip with them not being able to hand out keys because they had a software issue. This was on a Thursday morning and finally was fixed on Friday night. They had to escort each guest to their room and let them in every time we needed to get in. However, when doing this, they didn't even ask for ID to make sure they were letting people in their own room. We had friends have their door opened at 1am by hotel staff trying to let other guests in. With regards to the hotel itself, the water pressure in the shower was awful and there were issues with the toilet backing up. They also said they would have coffee in the lobby at 6am each morning, but that did not happen. The hotel itself did seem clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant or hang out outside at the pool.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and the amenities were top-notch. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

Outside of the digital key not working it was a pleasant stay, I request the gift pillows which is a huge plus, I checked in late which I didn't want but I did get good sleep and it my room was near the elevator, I slept well. The hotel is a little off the beaten path but near the highway. I'll be back

1 night stay. Free morning coffee was deliciousu, bold and replenished frequently. Poolside in the morning was quiet, Peaceful and perfect to enjoy the coffee while browsing email.

Wonderful property. Stayed last minute in route to Orlando from Miami. Location is perfect. Property is kept up nicely. Large clean lobby. Tash, FD agent made provided a wonderful genuine warm welcome and thoroughly explained hotel amenities.

the location is very nice, it's away from all the shopping area but directly in line on the strips, there's lots of restaurants/shopping areas. there's no shortage of that. i used to live in Pt St Lucie (exit 118 for those who know the I-95) I only picked this location because of their pool option. I did not get to utilize it as i only had 2 sunny days & 3 rainy days. the onsite restaurant is great, price is good, the happy hour is nice as well. as for the room, please keep in mind this is a pet - friendly hotel so there's LOTS of dogs on site, which means they're all over the room as well. My room was a 2 queen bed, it overlooked a roof and semi-parking lot, not the greatest (2nd floor, room 254). I must point out that the reason why i gave 3 stars is because i have to point out that there is a night light next to the microwave, the 1st night, that light shone directly onto everyone in bed, hated that. then, the side table that is between the beds, there is an odor that lingers in that spot. it smells nasty. hotels need to get rid of these carpets if they're gonna have dogs there. it's a trap for dog hair, dander and whatever else gets left behind that the naked eye cannot see. i dont think i'd come back but it's not a terrible place.

Diamond members do not receive daily food credit. Can hotels opt out of membership privileges? Follow up in response to the hotel. At check in no offer was made, no indication of Diamond benefits. Only telling me there is a restaurant on site and that no breakfast was provided. What should have happened was the front desk should have said " with your diamond status you receive a daily report credit of $X to use at the restaurant or you can earn extra points.
